Now that Kiui is joining the team, Kano wants to get a particular video out soon. They decide to visit Kano’s place to work on a music video for JELLE, which Kano wants out soon. It becomes obvious why.
From the looks of it, Kano sees a video of Sunflower Dolls doing their revival, now with the three original members. They are announcing a double single release next Friday. Of course, Kano turned it off as she headed out. I wonder why she focused on Sunflower Doll’s release announcement.
Of course, we see a glimpse of the Sunflower Doll member, Setou Mero, the dreamy one. Yanagi Momoko refers to herself as the sweetie of Sunflower Dolls, and Suzumura Akari is the cool and sexy one. Their producer is apparently Yukine.
Of course, they are unsure about this comeback, given the scandal with Tachibana Nonoko. Still, the producer wants them to forget about it. Even so, underneath the façade, they seem unenthusiastic about signing CDs and making an in-person tour at CD shops. Funny how Mero wants to do remote work. Remote work for an idol? Is that even a thing?
As expected, Mei is creating the music for the next JELLE video. However, she is having issues with drivers for her music workstation. It would be helpful if Kiui was there in person to help out. That, of course, means that Kiui has to come clean. Funny how she meets up wearing a hoodie and a mask.
Eventually, Kiui came clean and admitted lying about being popular and the student council present. In short, she admits to not attending school, although Mei seems amazed by Kiui’s pink hair, given that idols have pink hair. I admit, Kiui kind of looks like Hitotsuyanagi Riri. Kano finally realizes that JELLE is well balanced with two normal high school girls and two avoiding school. They, of course, went by a sweets shop, but it had a long line, so they didn’t go in.
As expected, we learn that Kano lives with her older sister, who is at work most of the time. As we can see, the apartment is really messy, and Kano doesn’t know how to cook. Yep, she lives on ramen and soft drinks. The funny thing is that Mei is trying to capture all the air from her Oshi’s apartment. Not too
Kano revealed that she wants the music video done soon. Of course, the other girls are so busy with school, lessons, and other things that they only can work with her on some days. They insist on waiting until the end of the month. Kano stormed out as she showed a sense of urgency, but her friends won’t listen.
After Kano leaves, we see another girl come in, all drunk and with red hair. This happened to be Kano’s older sister, Mion. Despite having pretty looks, she drinks a lot, and Mion is Kano’s dejected older sister. Believe it or not, their parents divorced, and their mother, Hayakawa Yukine, is a producer for an idol group, Sunflower Dolls. Of course, Kano auditioned and became a member to help her out of love for her mother. It was not until recently that Kano became lively again.
Sadly, that and Kano being the most diligent member of the group caused her to become an outcast, and that incident happened. Of course, Yoru and her friends find out why Kano wanted the video out on Wednesday. To get back at the girls.
Eventually, Yoru and her friends try to find Kano. Mei and Kiui find Kano with a tray of sweets. Six of them, of course. At least the room is clean as you cook a home-cooked meal. Also, they plan on doing an all-nighter to finish the music video for Kano. They did and managed to upload it. After Mei woke up, she woke the girls as their video went viral. Yep, I wonder what caused this. We have to wait and see next time.

I don’t trust the “cute” member of Sunflower Dolls at all. She oozes with “bitch energy”. I call feel it.
It was a struggle but I’m glad Kano and the gang were able to come to an understanding about how and when to work together as a team.
Hope when Yoru meant by “someone she’s interested in” it is who I think it is. One of two options to be exact.
Bless Mei and Kiui too. They’re wonderful comrades as well.
Given that Kano got into a fight with them, since she has more talent than the other girls, I have to agree. Still, it’s understand why Kano has a sense of urgency, but it’s good that they are on the same page.
Obiously, it might be Kano, but we’ll see soon enough. Mei and Kiui is good as always.
