Now that Komari, or the Mulnite Empire, has formed an alliance with the Heavenly Paradise, the Gerra-Aruka wants war. However, given that Nelia doesn’t seem to want to follow orders and wants to change Aruka, it’s obvious where this is heading.
At the beginning of the episode, there is a meeting with the leaders of the Gerra-Aruka had a meeting. The nation’s leader was unhappy that the Mulnite Empire was joining forces. Obviously, they want to start a conflict with Mulnite. One of the commanders doesn’t want to give Nelia another chance.
We find out Nelia was the princess of Aruka, which makes me wonder what happened? Also, that commander, who seemed to hate her and wanted her to live peacefully, got her upset. Yep, she got furious as she tried to take back Aruka and make mincemeat out of Madhart. It’s obvious where this might be heading. Perhaps Nelia is betraying them?
Meanwhile, Karla is in bed acting pretty much like Komari, freaking out what she just did. She really doesn’t fight in a war and doesn’t want to die. Of course, Koharu knows about Komari’s Core Implosion, which is super powerful, and she believes that Karla can’t compare to Komari’s strength. The funny thing is Karla is a spitting image of Komari. They don’t want to get killed and don’t like fighting in wars, but they act tough. The only difference is Karla lacks any ability compared to Komari, who has her Core Implosion. But still, it’s funny how Koharu pokes fun at Karla by saying she is empty.
Komari is asleep while Vill wakes her up. The funny thing is she was at the Crimson Lords, Karen, and people from the Heavenly Paradise for an important meeting. It’s pretty amazing how they managed to carry Komari’s bed to the castle in Faure.
Apparently, given their decoration, they have a strategy meeting to deal with Gerra Aruka since they are about to stage an attack. Vill reads out. Karen got information that they are aiming for Faure to possibly capture it. In fact, a bomb goes off, but they manage to survive without getting harmed. Of course, Karen receives a call from President Madhart declaring war on the Mulnite Empire and Heavenly Paradise. The funny thing is that Karen activated a bomb at the president’s palace at Gerra Aruka. Yep, Karen is ready to pulverize Gerra Aruka.
The funny thing is that while Mulnite fights against the Gerra Aruka forces, Nelia meets up with Komari and teleports her, Vill, and Karla to somewhere in a forest in Heavenly Paradise. Gertrude was there, too. Nelia asks if Komari remembers the moment when they met at the party.
They talked to each other when they realized they were both aiming for that pudding. We find out that Nelia is receiving training from Komari’s mother, Yulinne. While Nelia wants to do world domination, Komari hates fighting and wants to do world domination through diplomacy.
Of course, we see Madhart telling Nelia not to make friends with vampires. This is the same person who imprisoned Nelia’s father after a coup. Madhart looks very mean, but Nelia’s intentions are clear. She wants to betray Madhart and take back Aruka but needs Komari’s help. Of course, Vill doesn’t trust her, although Komari trusts her since Nelia is one of Komari’s mother’s students. Still, it’s funny to see Vill’s reaction when Nilla kisses Komari on the cheek. Apparently, it’s a tradition in the Aruka to kiss people on the cheek as a greeting. Vill becomes very defensive and wants to kiss Komari too. That is when Karla wakes up and wonders what is happening. As always, Komari’s harem grows as poor Vill gets the short end of the stick. She will win over Komari eventually.

The Vexations of a Shut-in Vampire Princess Episode 10: Pinko Revolutionairo – The Yuri Empire
Nice to know Nelia’s backstory with Komari and Yulinne. There are still two episodes left so I suspect something will happen between them before Nelia officially joins the harem. Her love for our heroine is definitely legit though.
Vill’s reaction made the already wonderful scene incredible.
It does make what Komari did last time a mistake, but it’s probably not too surprising since Nelia had some connection with Komari’s mother and Nelia. Should be interesting how she becomes part of Komari’s ever growing harem.
Kind of feel bad for Vill, although it’s obvious her reaction is funny, but it’s the long game after all winning Komari’s heart.
I think Vill is Nelia s daughter from future.
