Now that Millicent has kidnapped Vill, Komari realizes she needs to rescue her after discovering her feelings and clues about what happened three years ago. Now, it’s Komari’s turn to confront the bully-turned-terrorist.
As expected, Komari, after realizing Vill’s love for Komari and her sin of not protecting her after Millicent’s relentless bullying, it’s Komari’s turn to return the favor. She is scared after admitting it during her fight with Millicent. She only came here for Vill and the people caring about her. The question is, can Komari give a pounding that Millicent deserves.
How did Millicent turn into a bully and fall into the dark path of being a terrorist targeting countries’ dark stones? We learn about Millicent’s past. We know that her father feels that her heir will fall behind Gandesblood. Her father hired someone with the hope that Millicent could gain the ability to use a powerful ability called a Core Implosion from training. As expected, Millicent has nothing to show after all the hard training. Her father got angry at her for being a failure of a daughter for not having this ability.
One rainy day, she heard about a girl who could use the core implosion. Yes, that is Vill, who can read one’s future. As expected, Millicent did that, and Vill saw a dark future ahead for Millicent. That is when Millicent started to bully Vill until she tried to kill her. That is until Komari stepped in to stop her.
When Millicent realizes that Komari is the daughter of the family Gandesblood, who is envious of, she starts bullying her. She even tries to find the triggers that can possibly break Komari, like stealing that pendent that Komari’s mother gave her.
We know what happened after Millicent tried to do so. Some blood got into Komari’s mouth, which was game over for Millicent. Komari basically killed 100 people as a result of her Core Implosion activated as a result. In short, Millicent’s family got exiled from the country as she was blamed for this and got expelled. After her family broke up, she joined the terrorist organization Inverse Moon.
Yep, it’s not too surprising to see Millicent’s descent into darkness. Sure, one can feel the story for her as she was taken advantage of and pushed to the dark path, thanks to her father. However, given her actions of relentlessly bullying Vill and Komari, I have no sympathy for her, especially joining the terrorist party.
Besides Komari killing the traitorous perp from her team who tasked Millicent to kill Komari, I find it funny how Komari decided to kill him. She thought it was a faster way to bring him back later. Either way, Vill gave Komari blood and sees a bright future of Komari winning.
Basically, Komari gains her full strength as she stomps Millicent, ripping her two arms off before strangling her in a bloody death. Yep, there is no way to see Millicent receiving the justice she deserves. Don’t worry! She didn’t get killed off for good, but she got arrested, which she deserves.
In short, Komari wakes up in her bedroom with Vill next to her, her injuries bandaged by the healing magic. Sure, Komari is in pain when she tries to move. Vill tells Komari that she won. Vill learns about why Komari doesn’t like the taste of blood. It has to do with her Core Implosion.
When she tried to drink blood at three years old, her Core Implosion activated, and she killed her whole family. Thankfully, they didn’t get killed off for real as they returned, but it was unpleasant enough that she convinced herself she hated it. No wonder her abilities are non-existent because she can’t drink blood. However, when she does, she becomes overpowered.
With the threat of Millicent gone, Komari asks what Vill will do now. Obviously, Vill becomes upset that she might not be Komari’s maid. Still, of course, Komari is willing to continue having her as her maid. It’s funny how Vill sees this as a confession as she blushes after seeing Komari blushing. Of course, Komari doesn’t see it as one, but is it true? Komari is finally warming up to Vill. This starts a nice relationship between Komari and Vill that will get even better.

Millicent is the worst villain ever. She lacks what a good villain needs
Yes, for sure.
Was not prepared for how badass Komari really was. If she were to master her Core Implosion I dare say she’d be nigh unstoppable. That’s the power of love for you, especially Yuri.
We understand Millicent’s motives. Doesn’t excuse any of her actions but we at least know what made her go down the wrong path. I imagine this won’t be the last we see of her. Hopefully next time she’ll have learned her lesson.
Yep, Komari was good and she couldn’t done it without Vill of course. Still, while it’s understandable she has resentment for Komari given what happened to her family as a result of that bullying. Then again, she kind of deserve it, but hopefully she will redeem herself.
