Now that Yuna’s strawberry shortcake is getting rave reviews, she decides to pitch the idea to the Bear bakery. Also, Yuna and Fina try making tea while Yuna eventually reviews her Mithri knives.
As Yuna heads to the bakery with Fina, Shuri and their mother, apparently, Nerin managed to make it back. I find it funny how Yuna completely forgets about Nerin’s name. Yep, it reminds me of how Eve keeps forgetting Ichina’s name.
Nerin is Morin’s niece, and Morin’s husband forgot to tell her that she had moved. That said, Yuna showed them the desert they wanted to make available. Thankfully, Nerin decides to take the role of making it. As expected, Mylene made that same bear uniform for Nerin. Sure, Yuna told Nerin she didn’t have to wear it, but she did so anyway.
Also, we see Yuna and Fina come over to Noa’s house. It’s evident that Noa really missed Fina as she shook her. She really wanted to visit her mother. That is before Noa gets upset at Yuna for not inviting her. Still, Yuna is more focused on those knives than bringing Noa along. At least they made it up with some strawberry shortcake and some tea. As expected, Noa seems to like it.
As expected, Noa’s maid teaches Yuna and Fina to make tea. Unfortunately, Fina put in too little, and Yuna added too much. Since I drink green tea daily, I know how hard it can be to get the proper consistency when using loose teas. Thankfully, Cliff and Noa gave them a pass. Of course, the tea goes well with the cake, although Noa wants another one. But, of course, her maid is forcing her to dance after taking another slice.
Of course, Yuna went to the capital to pick up her knife weapons. It’s nice how the two Mithri knives match the colors of Yuna’s gloves. She tested it on an iron golem, and she could slice and dice it without any issues. Also, the knives are still in excellent condition with no signs of use. I guess the bear suit allows her to use weapons effortlessly.
Lastly, Yuna makes a visit to see Eleonore and Princess Flora. It is funny how the maids there rave about the picture book Yuna created. I feel Eleonore made copies of it behind Yuna’s back. Of course, Kumayuru fell into the fountain, and Flora seemed worried about it. Before Yuna could stop her, Kumayuru shook its body to dry off, and Flora got wet. Somehow, Yuna managed to dry them off as they had cake and tea.
This episode is about Yuna delivering the cake, learning how to make tea and trying out her weapon. It was funny how Yuna rubbed her tummy as she realized she had eaten so much. With the queen and the princess liking the bears Yuna have, she wonders if she should make a stuffed animal version of them. I won’t be surprised if this is what she tries to do next time.
This is the cutest episode so far, how these bears can be so cute? This show is so great.
Great review as always, Chiko.
Thanks, I guess with Yuna spending time with her female harem and girls eating cake, it’s not too surprising.
Hey, on another note, I would recommend you to watch Shadows House. You are going to love it, is one of the most beautifully crafted shows of the last years.
This is on my radar and my friend at The Yuri Empire already reviewed both seasons, but I haven’t have the chance to check it out, but I will eventually.
