Aoi and Eve finally won the tournament, but what is the truth about Aoi’s and Eve’s relations. Are they actually blood-related sisters, or are they not?
Last time, Eve replicated Kazuhiko’s stroke perfectly with the rainbow. Aoi mentioned her father’s name (Kazuhiko) and her mother’s, Eleanor. Yes, we know that Aoi is not Kazuhiko’s child, but why she thinks this. Either way, Aoi and Eve celebrate their win, but obviously, Eve’s memory reveals gets Aoi a bit worried.
In a flash, we learn quite a lot of things. Reiya, Seira, and Kazuhiko are golfing prodigies. However, Seira’s father wants her to marry the person who ins the next tournament to keep up their family’s name. However, Seira is in love with Reiya, but sadly that golfing sickness forces him to forfeit the competition.
Sure, his father is strict and gets angry at Seira for having a baby with Reiya. However, he made a deal that if she married Kazuhiko, she would have to train the child to become a great golfer. So naturally, this affected Aoi’s perception that Kazuhiko is her father when he’s not. Meanwhile, he was absent for quite a few years and came back in three years, all defeated after returning from America and not France. I wonder what he was doing?
While she teaches Aoi how to golf, we find a bombshell that is Eve’s memories. Remember that Eve said Kazuhiko and Eleanor are her parents. Kazuhiko cheated on Seira, which is understandable, and he probably fell in love with Eleanor while golfing there.
This can explain his years’ absence and possibly having a match with Leo, the golfing Master. Remember, Reiya mentioned that only Kazuhiko is the only one that defeated Leo. This can explain why Leo trained Eve after she got rescued from the cruise ship accident. That is where Eve lost her father and mother. Of course, Reiya and Seira never knew about the daughter Kazuhiko had with Eleanor behind their back. I do admit that child Eve and Aoi are pretty cute. Thankfully, Yuri fans can have a sigh of relief. Aoi and Eve aren’t blood-related. They are more like step sisters, pretty much in the same way as a particular citrus fruit anime.
As expected, we have some drama over Eve and Aoi. Aoi is distraught over Aoi having the same father as her’s. Eve said that Kazuhiko couldn’t possibly be her father, and she was surprised after looking at Aoi’s family photo. So she suggests that Aoi ask her mother.
As expected, Seira, Aoi’s mother, hid the truth as she said to look at her birth certificate before Amane mentioned she met Eve. She also said one of Eve’s alias has connections to the Mafia. Oops, the Mafia will target Seira and Aoi next, considering Eve was Aoi’s partner. But, of course, Aoi still goes against her mother, not wanting her daughter to compete in the same competition as Eve.
Things are about to get interesting as Eve gets chloroformed and dragged back to not-France. Also, the Snake lady comes back as well. What business does she have there as she visits her parents’ graves? Will Aoi try to follow her back once she finds out Eve went back? Well, we’ll see in the next episode.

Glad they got rid of the overrated top team right away as we had more important things to focus on.
Telenovela worthy flashback and twists. Most importantly our heroines aren’t related. My best guess is they’ll get their true feelings across on the battlefield when they eventually have their destined duel. Hopefully Aoi finally gets her wish granted then.
Aoi’s Mom needs a better teacher on how to protect her gay daughter.
More mafia madness next time. Get pumped!
The show manages to keep surprising, but it’s obvious that Aoi is not blood related as it looks like she has the same disease as Reiya. Still, it’s interesting to learn about Eve’s past as well. As expected, Aoi’s mother doesn’t realize it’s already too late and they are involved with the mafia. Not only that, Aoi probably won’t give up on her promise with Eve.
Still, it will be interesting to see how return of the Mafia will affect things.
