Now that Shino disappeared into the Common as it consumes the real world, how can Ruka and her friends stop her?
From last time, it seems that Shino went into the Common and there is no sight of her, or is there? Apparently, everyone is acting strangely without any feelings. Ruka noticed when she bought supplies from the connivence store. Apparently, only the reflectors are the only ones that are acting normally as the world heads to destruction. Hiori notices this too when people walk by and not notice her.
Aside from that, it seems that Mio is back to her usual self. Sure, she did many terrible things, but without Shino around, the influence is gone. Also, we learn that Miyako can still move in this dystopian world. It’s thanks to Yuri coming at the right time to give her a certain ring. This is a ring that protect the person’s feelings, like the ones that Hinako gives after stabilizing a girl’s fragment. Sure, Miyako can’t use reflector powers, but it allows her to still have full control of her own feelings.
As expected, Ruka and her friends try to figure out how to stop Shino. While Ryoka worries about Amiru and spends time with her, Miyako asks about Hiori’s sister. Mio eventually comes to reveal a possible way to get to Shino. After Hiori remembers what Lime and Yuzu said, she decides to try to resonate with Ruka’s feelings to enter the Common. Sadly, it wasn’t enough as Hiori ended up fainting. It seems that she doesn’t have enough feelings.
While Ruka nurses Hiori, Mio helped Miyako and Niina with the meal preparations. She eventually visits Momo after handing the prepared meal to Ruka for Hiori. When Mio goes by Momo’s bed side and come to terms with her feelings, the fragment of Momo’s feelings shined.
As expected, Momo woke up as Mio hugs her. Not too surprising to see Mio revive Momo since the Common and reality merged. This allows Momo to regain her feelings. Still, it’s funny to see Nina become upset when Momo pets her head for helping. I guess Niina will warm up to Momo eventually.
With that, I think this gives Ryoka some hope that she can restore Amiru’s feelings. At least Hiori get to see the other side of Mio that she didn’t know about with Momo. While Momo eventually saw the scar Mio have that she blames herself for, Momo is thankful to have her feelings returned to her by Mio. This allows Mio to motivate herself to help Hiori to stop Shino.
We find out that besides the reflectors and Miyako, Yuri reveals that she is the only one functioning now in her organization. Of course, she also has a reflector on her watch, which we saw last time. Yes, it’s Kokoro. Miyako eventually reveals her plans to stop Shino. Yuri has faith in them as Kokoro asks about them. Of course, we have Uta controlling hordes of girls for her own purpose. Meanwhile, Shino as a child isolated somewhere. I wonder, is this enough to stop her and Uta? We’ll find out soon enough.
So happy Mio and Momo are together again. Their reunion was heartwarming. While the odds are vague I hope Ryouka will need true love’s kiss to awaken Amiru. I’m sure their reunion will be equally wonderful regardless.
Intrigued to finally learn more about Shino.
Yes, it’s nice that Momo and Mio are back together, for the fact that Mio thought it couldn’t happen. But as said before, hopefully there is some good news for Amiru so they can stop Shino.
