At least, we find out that there is more to Elma’s rivalry to Tohru. Of course, Ilulu finally decides to get a job.
It’s obvious that Tohru and Elma doesn’t get along. After all, Tohru is not happy that Elma is glaring at her. Of course, all Elma thinks about is the food. Kobayashi wonders when Elma and Tohru first met each other, did they try to kill each other? This is not necessarily true during their first meeting as we find out soon.
At last, we find out that Tohru and Elma first met each other in ancient times. Yes, Tohru entered a kingdom and saw extreme poverty and of course hearing the possibility of civil war. A man comes saying that a priestess from the holy sea is coming into town.
Of course, Tohru didn’t like how Elma is using her powers to solve human problems. Tohru knows that Elma is not a goddess. Of course, she had longer hair back then compared to her bobbed hair now. Eventually, Tohru met her While Elma doesn’t like the idea of humans fighting each other,Tohru points out the human sacrifices.
This of course brings back Elma sharing her fears of Kobayashi becoming a sacrifice from the last episode. Of course, people back then thinks that Elma is a goddess and feel the need to have human sacrifices. Elma doesn’t want human sacrifices nor eat them since she believes that there are tastier things in the world.
Yep, Tohru and Elma tagged along with each other and judging humans around the world. Of course, Tohru is in it for the food as she played along. That is until the fight when Tohru destroys a palace that worships Elma as a god and got into disagreements over it. That is after becoming interested in Elma after several decades.
The fight plays out as I expected. During the fight, Elma mentions the food the humans bring are delicious. Yep, it becomes obvious that played along with the humans so she can enjoy the food they bring to her. After all, during their argument after telling the whole story by how they met, Elma admits that she and Tohru loves eating.
Moreover, Elma eventually declares that she loves Tohru’s cooking. Yep, Kobayashi said it best that they are getting along with all the arguing. Even during the flashbacks, there are some noticeable moments where they get a bit close. After all, Elma shares her wish that she wants Tohru’s delicious food.
In the second half, it’s obvious that Tohru wants Iruru to become a productive member of society. Tohru doesn’t like her reading manga and being lazy. Of course, Tohru isn’t going to let her work as a maid or in the same place Kobayashi works at. She eventually settles on working at a candy shop. This makes sense since she can be around with children all day.
Yes, there is a thing about her grandmother’s grandson. Yep, Ilulu teases him calling him a pervert. Not only that, he becomes flustered and getting a nosebleed when he sees Ilulu undress and of course, seeing her huge breasts and cleavage. I find it funny how a young girl asks Ilulu about her huge breasts and whether it makes her shoulders stiff. Of course, the grandson slipped and landed on her breasts.
I have a feeling that this relationship will be like Lucoa and Shouta. The thing is, Shouta is a bit more innocent than the grandson since he looks like a girl. While Ilulu said that she likes him, but she also says that she likes Kobayashi more. I have a feeling that she is probably bisexual, or she is doing it to tease him.
Even so, I can’t forget that moment when Riko and Kanna put on hair clips and Kanna mentions that theirs match. As expected, Riko gets excited. Great stuff as always.
Tohru and Elma make a cool team for sure. Nice to learn more about their beef.
Candy Store Ilulu is wonderful as was the girl asking about her glorious flame sacs.
KanaRiko moments are always appreciated.
Yes, it’s nice to learn about Tohru’s and Elma’s past. Yes, it’s quite obvious that they get along well. Yes, the girl asking Ilulu was funny. Otherwise, it’s good
