Tohru finally finds out that there is a new maid café, and she decides to check it out. Also, a certain dragon girl decides to pick a fight with Tohru.
It’s obvious that Tohru wants to prove that she is the ultimate maid. What is the best way to show this is to work at a maid café where they proclaim to have the best maids in their ad? I find it interesting how she decides to check them out. The funny thing is that the maids hired Tohru on the spot since she dressed as a maid.
I find it funny how Kobayashi doesn’t seem to have much faith in Tohru. After all, it’s obvious that she didn’t have good experiences working in the service industry. Not too surprising since the industry involves a lot of hard work and low pay. Is Tohru underestimating the job she took? Nevertheless, Kobayashi thinks it’s a good opportunity for her.
Of course, Kobayashi check out the maid café Tohru works at with Kana. Yep, Kobayashi seems surprised how plain the maids are along with the traditional maid café menu. I find it interesting how she tried to work at a maid café, and it didn’t work out in the end. The funny thing is that when she sees Tohru in the kitchen after Kanna found her, she cooked like a pro.
Of course, Tohru seems disappointed by not serving Kobayashi and do all the cooking. Yep, she went so far to greet Kobayashi, take her order, and do the spell that makes food delicious. Yep, her elaborate spell makes the food taste delicious, which adds a strange purple sauce. Surprisingly, it makes the food delicious and doesn’t make people sick.
In the end, Tohru realizes that the job doesn’t suit her. She feels that she can only be Kobayashi’s maid. Of course, she teaches her co-workers the spell. Still, I find it funny how she becomes upset over the reviews only mentioning the chef and how delicious the food is.
The next day, it seems that there is a landslide where Kobayashi met Tohru. She doesn’t seem happy at all. The funny thing is that she punches Elma thinking that she was the culprit. However, she is curious about who did it.
It becomes obvious as Ilulu appears. Yep, like Tohru’s father and a chaos clan dragon, she disapproves how Tohru mingles with humans. In other words, she wants to fight her and even destroy the whole city.
Of course, Tohru tries to protect the city, which made it difficult as she struggles to land a blow on Ilulu while protecting the city. It’s not until Kobayashi bribed Elma with sweets to create a barrier that Tohru is able to defeat Ilulu and teleport her away from the city. At least Kobayashi gave Tohru a nice head pat for protecting the city.
Of course, Ilulu manages to come back to the city. She talks with Kobayashi about living with Tohru. Yep, it’s obvious that it’s Tohru’s choice to live with Kobayashi. Still, I find it funny how Ilulu tries to entice Kobayashi with her huge breasts, but she doesn’t realize that Kobayashi is a woman. Ilulu even follows Kobayashi on the train. It seems that they still have disagreements about humans and dragons.
In the end, Ilulu becomes a bit sneaky and performs a spell on Kobayashi. When Kobayashi went to the bathroom, she becomes shocked by what she saw. It will become obvious what it is. Thankfully, it’s not permanent, but still, I have a feeling that Kobayashi won’t take it well when she finds out that Ilulu did it. Still, I wonder how will Tohru react? We’ll see next time.
Poor Tohru got praised but the not the exact praise she wanted.
Ilulu’s an interesting newcomer and I look forward to seeing what madness will spur from her “gift” to Miss Kobayashi.
Not too surprising since after all, she only can only be seen as the best maid for Kobayashi after all. Still, it’s surprising that everyone likes her cooking.
Still, I wonder what Ilulu is up too. I guess we’ll find out soon enough.
