Now that Flatorte is now part of the family, no matter if Azusa likes it or not. However, there is a fake imposter of the Witch of the Highlands lurking somewhere.
I find it funny how Flatorte and Laika still at its throats. As mentioned last time, I feel that their relationship with each other is like with Vodka and Daiwa Scarlet. As they say, opposites attract, which still holds true here.
Instead of physically fighting with each other since they can’t, they tried to make the best cookies. They use Azusa as the judge She tastes them, and she likes them both. I guess she doesn’t want to upset them. Even so, it seems that the actual reason they are moody is they haven’t eaten fresh meat for a while. Thankfully, Natalie came at the right time to tell them about the quest to hunt down Longhammer Boars in the Nilka Forest.
As expected, the hunt was as you would expect. Flatorte is a bit reckless while Laika plays it safe. Sure, Rosalie checks the path, but the tree branches catch on Flatorte clothes. In short, she strips naked, until she saw someone see her naked. Thankfully, they are female. She just puts on her underwear and continues to run towards the river.
The funny thing is the boars got the underwear and clothes and throw it into the river. She attacks the boar, and the rest of the clothes end up in the river. She ends up fighting them naked while Laika, Rosalie and Azusa help. After everything is good and done, they eat tasty meat. Eventually, Vania shows up with Fatorte’s clothes with Beezlebub and joins in along with the rest of Azusa’s family.
Either way, it’s good that they calmed down and get to sleep in the same bed with Azusa. Of course, when Azusa wakes up, Falforte and Laika is missing. Yep, they are in the pantry eating more meat. I guess they can’t resist the temptation. Of course, Azusa wasn’t happy at all.
In the second half, there is a rumor of someone posing as the Witch of the Highlands. Azusa heard this after helping Halkara out at the factory. Yep, their investigation of this with Laika helping was funny. Yes, they really went into a bar that verbally abuse their patrons. I think Laika is better at doing this than Azusa. Either way, they did it to find clues about the fake Witch of the Highlands.
They eventually find the self-proclaimed Witch of the Highlands, which is an old lady. Of course, when Azusa challenges her, she tries to run away. Yep, it’s obvious that she is doing it for the clout after she catches her. Azusa finds out that it’s a teenaged girl that can disguise herself through magic. Still, it’s quite amazing how convincing her disguise was.
Eno eventually apologizes for pretending to be the Witch of the Highlands. While she created Mandragora Pills, which has useful effects, she doesn’t know how market herself. It’s eventually becomes obvious that she also wants people to fawn over her.
Azusa suggest doing something, and Eno ran a stand. Yep, she dresses up as a magical girl. This was super effective as she sold a lot of her product. She eventually sent a thank you letter. At least it worked out in the end. The moral of the story, just be yourself and promote their own success, and not pretend to be someone else.
I enjoyed the first half more. Flatorte impressing with her nice body.
I know some peeps who can relate to Eno.
Liked the bartender, find lesbian masochists funnier though.
Yes, the first half was really funny. Not too surprising to see Flatorte strip, but it definitely shows the big difference between the red and blue dragons. Still, I think Eno is relatable. Marketing oneself is hard.
