With the big band festival nears, Mashumairesh decides to come up with a new song. However, they are having trouble coming up with lyrics.
As expected, in the last episode, the focus is on the last boy band, Trichronika. The funny thing is that they are not participating in the festival since they are touring the universe for 69 days. Yes, Plasmagica and Dokonjofinger panicked when they made this announcement. Thankfully, they made it back to Midi City before Trichronika’s spaceship went further into space.
With that, with days before the festival, Mashumairesh finally perfected their song. Of course, Himeko realizes that she hasn’t come up with lyrics yet. Also, it seems that Rufuyu struggles as she looks through her journal and found something that troubles her. Yes, when Delmin and Howan asked Rufuyu, she starts acting funny.
When Plasmagica came to the restaurant, they ask if they finished the comments. Still, given that Retoree looks forward to Cyan’s comments, I feel that their relationship hasn’t advanced. I hope she would ask for that relationship advice from Himeko so she can make it happen with Cyan. Still, I am happy to see Retoree fawn over Cyan still as usual.
Of course, forgetting to record the comments caught Himeko off guard. Sure Maple wanted to do an interview with Himeko to help out, but it seems that he is asking questions that are, well embarrassing. Angelica eventually had to reel him in but offers to help Himeko with the interview. Of course, Himeko feel that she needs to finish the lyrics before recording the comments. Still, they are still stumped on creating the lyrics, especially with the pressure to record the comments.
Rufuhuyu suggests asking for advice from other bands. They ask the members of Plasmagica and it seems that they led them to the right direction. Even so, they are stumped, until Howan suggest taking a breather. Yep, they went to the shore in Midi City and recall the moments they experienced at Midi City. Also, there is a nice moment with Ruhuyu and Delmin. Ruhuyu reveals how she is feeling. Yes, recalling the moments of getting chased by an evil speaker, put on trial, and meeting various bands. Of course, you can’t forget Ruhuyu’s receiving special training from Delmin’s father. Despite this, she feels that she doesn’t stand out too much compared to her friends.
Still, it’s obvious that Delmin has feelings for Rufuyu as she asks her to think someone special to someone. Yep, it seems that their relationship status has finally received an upgrade and it’s great. It becomes apparent when Delmin face blushes red. Now that Ruhuyu and Delmin along with Himeko and Howan is a reality, I hope that someday, Retoree and Cyan can reach the same level.
Either way, it seems that this episode feels like a recap of some sort. Thankfully, Mashumairesh manages to finish the lyrics after relaxing on the beach, playing in the water and of course, eating French Fries. Also, it’s nice for Plasmagica to realize how much they had grown as well. With that, I wonder how the festival will go. Of course, the evil Dark Monster speaker is there too. I guess there will be a battle of some sort to defeat it as well.
This is how you do a recap, in a less than 4 minute montage. Then again it’s pretty simple to sum up Mashumairesh’s adventures in S4 so far so there’s that too. Anyhoo Delmin is so in love with Ruhuyu and we love to see it.
Himeko remembered one of the most important nights of her life thus far.
Pity Retoree X Cyan haven’t progressed much this season but at least the doggo’s as madly in love with the blue kitty as ever.
Just like S2 the enemies weren’t given much focus and that’s fine by me. It’s not what we come to see in SBR.
Yes, the recap is nice, but I agree, the moment with Delmin and Ruhuyu is nice and a good relationship upgrade. Also, it’s nice that Himeko remembered that moment with Howan.
But yes, I wished Retroee and Cyan progressed, but I guess we can’t have everything.
