Now that Sorawo and Toriko made it out of the Urasekai, they found themselves in a tropical paradise. It’s obvious what they will do after they got there.
As expected, it seems that the Sorawo and Toriko find themselves in the tropical paradise of Okinawa instead of Tokyo. It’s obvious what they did after making it out of the Urasekai. Yep, besides getting drunk, they shopped for new swimsuits and clothing. Still, I’m surprised that Sorawo is willing to try on various swimsuits. Normally, I would have thought that she is not into this stuff. Of course, when Toriko is around, she doesn’t mind, especially while drunk.
The funny thing is that Sorawo shared a bed with Toriko. Yep, as expected, Toriko took a bath and slept naked. Still, seeing Sorawo’s reaction when she realizes this is priceless. It’s obvious that she enjoyed it. Also, she made a promise that she would go to the beach. Yes, it’s clear that Sorawo wants to spend time with Toriko, but she denies it. Thankfully, she eventually gives in after realizing she bought a swimsuit and Toriko shows it to her.
After buying some snacks and alcohol, they head to the beach. However, Sorawo realizes something funny as she falls sleep. Before they knew it, they are back in the Urasekai after she wakes up in an abandoned taxi. Of course, when they got out, they are already at the beach.
Before they had fun, they explore the beach shop nearby. As expected, the shop is abandoned. Of course, they find the changing station. Sorawo seems hesitant to change into her swimsuit since she thinks her body is not as attractive as Toriko’s. Thankfully, Toriko ensures everything will be okay since she is with her. It’s obvious where this is heading. Still, the overall result looks good in the end, especially since Sorawo thinks Toriko is pretty in hers.
Aside from that, Sorawo and Toriko relax on the quiet beach. Besides taking a toast drinking a can of beer, they went into the water. Of course, they wonder what they should do. Since most usual beach activities are out of the question, they decided to practice shooting. Yes, Sorawo got better at aiming and shooting a gun after Toriko helped her. Still, her skills still pale in comparison to Toriko’s.
Still, I have a feeling that their target practice was not a good idea. After Sorawo saw something coming and a voice, these objects are sentiment beings in the Urasekai. They eventually hear voices of a gang and Sorawo and Toriko checked it out. Yes, it’s a gang saying incoherent things while kicking a dead body.
They eventually charged at her and Sorawo. What is funny is that they did the “Naruto Run” before charging at Toriko and Sorawo. No, they aren’t storming Area 51, but trying to scare them and Sorawo isn’t having it. Thankfully, Sorawo and Toriko shot them before they can attack them. Of course, the attackers are not human at all, but just a pile of garbage. Yes, the horrors.
It gets even scarier as the monsters they encounter say the “King of the Coast” is coming. Yep, it seems that Sorawo and Toriko can’t catch a break. As expected, the horrors of the Urasekai terrorizes them as everything suddenly turns blue. They made it back to the umbrella as Sorawo takes out that hat to use as a gate back to the real world. Thankfully, they got back before the scary crab monsters attacked them.
After returning to the real world, Sorawo sees a strange woman before she vanished. I wonder who it is. Is she the same lady from the second episode? Maybe. Sadly, the hat they intended to sell is now gone. This makes me wonder if the hat Toriko put on activated the gate to the Urasekai in the 5th episode. It’s plausible since Sorawo used it as a gate to return to the real world.
Thankfully, Toriko has another thing to sell to Kozakura. Yes, it’s a shell that is possibly from the Urasekai. Still, it’s nice that Sorawo and Toriko spent time together as things work out in the end. After all, that reassurance Toriko made in the 5th episode still holds true every time.
Blessed beach episode though I’m sure some hoped Kozakura would be there too. More creepiness and subtle SoraTori development as usual as we learn more about the Otherside force after them.
Yes, the beach episode is good, but I find it funny how they snuck in the Naruto run. Still, the Urasekai beings and even the crabs are creepy.
Still, I can only imagine what swimsuit Kozakura would wear as we will never know.
