Urasekai Picnic – Episode 6 – Finding a Way Out

February 8, 2021 by Chikorita157 2 Comments
Obviously, Sorawo and Toriko make best of a bad situation.

Now that Sorawo and Toriko are now stuck in the Urasekai with American military unit, now I wonder how they will get out. I think Sorawo will find a way.

Yes, Sorawo and Toriko is in a bind now that there is no apparent way to get out. While the Lieutenant brought them to the camp, it seems that the military unit is facing some troubles. They lost a good number of solders mostly due to them falling into glitches and going insane to not returning after the train track investigation.

At least the US military are being considerate in a bad situation.

Of course, that solder from last time seems very suspicious of Toriko and Sorawo despite the Lieutenant telling him off. However, I have a feeling that solder is starting to go crazy for staying in the Urasekai too long. Also, Toriko and Sorawo also explained the situation to the commander after hearing what happened. He offered them a tent, some food and help on finding their way back. Of course, they warn them not to use their phones. Sadly, Sorawo finds out the hard way.

I don’t think calling someone might be the best idea.
Sorawo finds out the hard way.

When they are in the tent, Toriko finds out that her phone works. Of course, Toriko thought it’s a good idea to have Sorawo call Kozakura for some advice. Sure, Kozakura seems very suspicious about the American military unit since they identify themselves as the “Pale Horse Battalion.” This means they can’t trust them fully as they are hiding something. Of course, Kozakura started saying funny things on the phone. These strange messages provide some hints for Sorawo and Toriko on how to escape from the Urasekai. Still, I must admit that call is creepy.

You might be wondering why the Lieutenant tell them not to make that phone call. Yep, the train of monster’s head to the makeshift base. While they look like stereotypical ghosts, Toriko and Sorawo went on top of a Humvee and saw its a cow. As expected, the common theme is always that fear here.

Thankfully, Sorawo managed to shoot the weak point on the cow for massive damage.

While Toriko tried to shoot it with a snipper rifle with Sorawo’s help, she misses the spot. Of course, one of the solders becomes suspicious of what they are doing. Thankfully, Sorawo manages to find the right spot to shoot the gun for herself. Either way, the ghost cow is finally defeated.

Thankfully, they made it out of the Urasekai.

While the soldiers cheer after seeing the girls take out the ghost, that suspicious soldier starts freaking out about Sorawo’s different color eyes. I won’t be surprised if it’s that same guy who becomes suspicious of them. Thankfully, they made it to the train station and find out that the train is their ticket out of the world. After Toriko grabbed the train at the right moment, they find themselves on the train and started to see weird things. I must admit that it’s trippy.

Now, Sorawo and Toriko is in paradise.
As expected, creepy voice messages are creepy.

Before they know it, they are back in the real world. Instead in Tokyo, they are in a tropical paradise, probably in Okinawa. I have a feeling that the solders made it out of the Urasekai too just like Kozakura when Sorawo and Toriko forgot about her. This makes it obvious what the next episode will focus on. A beach episode perhaps? Still, it’s funny seeing Kozakura listening to that creepy voice message.

I think those phone calls will creep anyone out. Still, it’s nice to see some subtle things between Sorawo and Toriko with the hand holding and such. The next episode should be interesting for obvious reasons.
