Now that Teio is finally recovered and plan to race in the Spring Tennsoushou, it seems that there is another rival that might reduce their chances of winning.
As expected, Teio raced in a comeback race. As expected, it seems that Ikuno Dictus from the rival Canopus team is trying to beat her. While she looks like she was ahead, Teio basically overtook her and even the horse girl that beaten McQueen last year. I find this ironic since Ikuno is Canopus’s best chance to beat Team Spica. Of course, it’s not enough, especially since how fast Teio is, probably more so after her recovery.
Of course, while Teio and McQueen focus on their new rivalry, it seems that there is a new horse girl that can give them a run for their money. Yep, its Mihono Bourbon. Apparently, a horse girl that is wearing a black hoodie that ran behind her secretly running behind her. Yep, I wonder if this is a reconnaissance mission trying to find her weakness. Might be, but I wonder who it was.
Meanwhile, Teio and McQueen with weeks until the Spring Tennsoushou, they do special training. Teio do running to improve her long-distance stamina while McQueen strengthens her calves with heavy hooves attached to her shoes.
You might be wondering why the camera zoomed on Gold Ship? It’s obvious. McQueen eventually uses her as a jumping obstacle. I find it funny how Gold Ship fears that McQueen will land on her. The funny thing is that it happens twice when Special distracts them. I find it funny how it left a mark on her back. Thankfully, she wasn’t seriously injured, but it’s nice to see a Gold Ship and McQueen moment. It’s surprising that it took four episodes to see them have an interaction with each other. Still, this was halarious..
As expected, the rivalry with those promotions of course heats up too. Honestly, I find it funny how McQueen and Teio try to one up each other on national television. Of course, McQueen’s grandmother does not approve McQueen focusing on silly things. She thinks that her rival, Teio is the hare and she will run out of steam eventually. In other words, she wants McQueen to focus her eyes on the prize.
Still, I don’t know if Teio is the hare. After all, she is working hard to not only beat McQueen but also win first place. I wonder if Mihono is the hare. We must wait until next time to find out.
