Now that Mashumairesh is being blamed for damaging Midi City, will they prove their innocence or stuck in jail for 69 years?
When I saw the news report, it’s obvious that they are trying to make Mashumairesh look guilty. The things they say when the police arrest them is just unbelievable. It’s obvious that the news media just want the courts to throw the book at them. Then again, would this be a fair trial? I highly doubt it.
As expected, when Cyan and her friends saw the people they are supposed to meet on the news, along with Maple, they make a rush to the courthouse. As expected, it seems that the court believes guilty until proven innocent as it looks like a kangaroo court. Yes, the attorney on the other side accuses them of doing it simply because they are at the scene of the crime. I highly doubt a car can cause massive damage to a whole city. Also, their lawyer, Rikao didn’t make it until several minutes later. It must be because his attempt to order his morning mocha became too complicated that it took 69 minutes to get his order right. Yes, it really took at long, nice!
Of course, the plaintiff is of course, Dagger, an old nemesis of Plasmagica’s as they curb stomped him in the first season. As expected, he is trying to lay the blame on them because of Delmin’s beam attack. However, the video doesn’t make it clear if she attacked the building or it’s something else. Of course, the judge and the plaintiff’s attorney wouldn’t believe the defense Himeko and Howan is trying to make. It’s obvious what outcome they are trying to make.
As expected, besides the Ace Attorney references, right about the judge to throw the book at Mashumairesh, Cyan tried to present evidence. She had a memory card containing a video proving that Mashumairesh are innocent. Of course, Maple messed it up by deleting the video to record his own video. Yep, he deserves a beating from ChuChu.
With their last thing that will save them, the plaintiff’s attorney wants Mashumairesh serves a sixty-nine-year sentence and pay a 6.9 million dollar fine. That is not nice as the girls imagine their outcomes. As expected, they are funny. It ranges from Howa freaking out over her seperation from Himeko, Himeko leaving jail as a grandma, Ruhuyu picking fights, and Delmin plotting an escape. Either way, Mashumairesh’s future as a band is in doubt. Obviously, they can’t perform if they are in jail.
At the last minute, Rikao finally presents his defense in a musical number. Yep, she shows all the social networking postings showing photos of the speaker monster attacking the car and van along with the city. In other words, the judge believes Rikao’s defense and clears Mashumairesh’s charges. Sad day for Dagger, but he can always claim insurance to rebuild.
Aside from that, Mashumairesh finally meets Plasmagica. Of course, Himeko calls Maple when the people they need to meet is in front of them. Yep, but it’s good that they are together at last. Still, I wonder, what are they supposed to do together? We’ll find out soon enough.
As funny as I knew it would be. So many highlights I honestly don’t know what I could add that we haven’t already in both our posts. Nice to see Howan’s biggest worry was not getting to be with her girlfriend for 69 years.
Hope we get a third fun boy band and, more importantly, they are as manly as the other two. If Rikao was any indication then yes, they surely will be.
Yes, I highly doubt that Howan will survive if she gets separated for 69 years. Still, I wonder about the new bands they will debut in addition to having the existing bands appear.
