It seems that Mashumairesh, a girl’s band heads to the central tower for a rock festival. Sadly, things don’t go as expected.
I know that I haven’t yet watched the third season, so I am kind of out of the loop about their origin story. This new band consists of Howan, Himeko, Delmin and Ruhuyu. While I will marathon the third season soon after reviewing Yuru Camp, this is what we need to know about the band at least for this episode.
Apparently, Mashumaiesh headed to Midi City for a rock festival named Worldwide Love Rock Festival. While Himeko, Delmin, and Ruhuyu doesn’t feel confident that they are ready initially, it seems that Himeko wants to give it a try. Even so, their band manager apparently knows the president of Branded Rocking Records. The funny thing is that while ChuChu is recording her podcast, it’s obvious that the president forgot about meeting Mashumairesh.
Of course, his lateness caused him to speed on a highway. Yep, Maple is an aggressive driver while Himeko drives slowly on the highway. Yep, she is getting all the cars behind them all annoyed, which is a common site on Interstate 270 and 495. This is not too surprising since they are driving on the fast lane slowly. Yep, Maple was flashing his hi beams since he is in a hurry. Eventually, Himeko becomes frustrated and drives at top speed as Maple races them. While the race is funny, they are basically breaking the law.
Then, there is that speaker monster. After all, Howan and Cyan feels a funny feeling before it appeared. Yep, it’s the rumored monsters that captured a lot of bands that started attacking Mashumaiesh’s car and Branded Rocking Records’s van.
While the speaker managed to attack the van, which gets thrown off the highway from the attack, it’s still chasing after Mashumaiesh. Apparently, Delmin used her Shubi Beam attack, which manages to take down the speaker monsters. However, it causes major damage to the central tower.
The funny thing is that it’s their destination. Now, the police came and now they blame them for the crime they didn’t commit. To make matters worse, they don’t have proof that it was the monster that caused this damage and Delmin saved the city. I guess they shouldn’t go to the scene of the crime or they won’t have landed in jail. Still, I must admit that it’s silly to see Mashumaiesh’s in prison uniforms as they took their mugshots and sit in a jail cell.
Obviously, it seems that Plasmagica with Maple manages to make it to their destination. At least Maple receives the beating from ChuChu that he deserves for being late. However, they don’t know where Mashumaish has gone. Perhaps they didn’t realize that the police falsely accuse them of destroying the central tower and they are in jail?
Thankfully. There is a trial and hopefully Mashumaish will prove their innocence. After all, the city doesn’t exactly have concrete proof that they are the ones that destroyed the tower. After all, I highly doubt Delmin’s attack can destroy the top of the tower let alone part of a city.
Looks like it’s Mashumairesh’s turn to fight monsters and prove themselves worthy additions to the SBR cast. Cool. I’m here for more yuri and of course my queen Darudayu.
Just watched the first four episodes of the third season and I am enjoying it. I don’t really care about the delinquent band that gets into fights. Still, I like how the Howan and Himeko pairing is so strong that Himeko won’t admit her feelings like a tsundere would with all the blushing. Still, I liked how she reacted when she feels how fuffy Howan’s tail is when she is sleeping.
