Somehow, Rize decided to sleep over at Rabbit House. I wonder why?
I find it funny how Rize is trying to wake up Cocoa. Yes, it wasn’t effective until she called her older sister and threatening to use CQC. Yes, Cocoa when she woke up realized that it was Rize all along and not Chino.
From the looks of it, it seems that Rize got into a fight with her father. Yes, she said that she wants to become an elementary teacher. Sadly, he laughed at her when he heard this from her daughter. Yes, he eventually admits at the end of the episode that he was hiding his tears of joy, but he tried to hide this to protect his pride. Even so, it’s obvious why she wants to become a teacher. It’s because of the Chimame Corps.
Thankfully, I think it’s a good thing that he admits that he is wrong. After all, the whole notion that “real men don’t cry” regarding traditional gender stereotypes is toxic and that toxic masculinity hurts everyone. I guess I can go on focusing how bad toxic masculinity is, but this is not a political blog. Still, it’s something I want to point out.
Aside from that, Cocoa and Chino decide to help Rize so she can become a good teacher. I find it funny how Cocoa’s suggestions are to say that Rize should be a preschool teacher and slack off. In this regard, compared to Cocoa, Chino appears more diligent.
Still, I find it hilarious how Rize gives Cocoa a stamp as a joke. The funny thing is that Chino received two more stamps than Cocoa. Obviously, Cocoa becomes jealous over Chino receiving more stamps. The funny thing is that after Rize cooked a good meal and they took a bath, the stamps washed away. Thankfully, she gave those stamps on cards instead. I wonder where she got this idea of giving stamps from. Is it from Chiya?
The next day, while Cocoa pretended to be a science teacher, it appears that Rize is not the only person is being a tutor. Yes, Chiya and even Sharo are giving tutoring services. Yes, Maya is working hard on her studies, especially since she needs to take the harder exam. After all, she is trying to get a scholarship. In other words, it’s a good idea to receive help from Sharo since she received a scholarship. Even so, I must admit that Chiya looks good in her teacher outfit. She almost looks like one.
The next day, Rize gives more training to the Chimame Corps. I find it funny how she entices them with sweets that she made before practicing swimming. However, when Megu tried to swim, she started to drown, but thankfully Rize came to save her.
It appears that Megu is afraid of Chino and Megu getting farther away than her since they took on new challenges. Yes, Megu pushed herself a bit too hard trying to catch up, but she realized it’s best to do it at her own pace. I agree since after all, different people will progress at different paces given their life situation, skills, and personality.
At the end of the day, I find it hilarious how Cocoa, Chino, and Chiya becoming upset at Rize. Cocoa is not happy that she ditched her for the Chimame Corps. Chiya is upset that everyone has stamp cards. Sharo is upset because she is. The funny thing is that they are in on it and want to give Rize a surprise dinner. That can explain why Chimame decide to spend time with Rize at the pool. Of course, Rize fell asleep after a full day of training. I think she deserves this break after a few days of teaching.
Excellent Rize episode! As one of my peeps mentioned Rize’s shown throughout the series she’s more than capable of becoming a great teacher.
Amazing how long it took this season to bless us with sexiness. Guess we were blessed plenty throughout the series the writers decided to go easy this time. At least we got some yum.
It’s not too surprising since after all, she did train Chiya for that race. But still, I agree that she will make a good teacher. Also, liked the attire of Cocoa and Chiya being teachers.
