Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear – Episode 8 – Yuna’s New Fan Club and Stopping the Impending Attack

November 26, 2020 by Chikorita157 2 Comments
I find it amusing how Yuna hears how the girls pronounce pizza.

If you are wondering the evil person who is sending a horde of monsters, we find out who is behind them.

You might be wondering about the evil guy heading to the capital. It happens to be a former royal magician that is exiled for abusing prisoners. Yes, he abused them for science without taking account the moral issues. The king is not having any of this and executed him. Without knowing, it appears that the exiled magician managed to survive and plotting revenge. More on that later.

Aside from that, it’s kind of cute to see to see Ellelora, Misa, Noa, and Sia see pizza for the first time. Believe it or not, they didn’t freak out like last time overeating food with their hands. Still, it’s funny how they pronounce pizza as either the Leaning Tower of Pisa or the credit card company, Visa. I don’t know, but I prefer using American Express. Either way, it’s nice that Misa is dragged into Yuna’s poor eating habits of eating junk food.

Another girl joins Yuna’s ever growing harem fan club.

Either way, it’s obvious that Noa has plans with Misa and Fina. In other words, Ellelora took Yuna to the castle. This is obviously where Ellelora works and apparently the Prime Minister doesn’t want her to leave her job. It’s obvious that she wants to be with her husband. This is where Yuna meets Princess Flora who finds Yuna cute. Yes, Yuna has no problem creating new female friends. She of course introduces her to junk food. Still, I find the maid’s reaction to Yuna’s bear outfit quite hilarious.

Noa finally gives up her rivalry and joins forces with Fina and Misa.
Yes, the fan club have their own membership cards too.
Yuna is in on it.

As for the main reason why Noa wants to go shopping with Fina and Misa is obvious. They want to form a Bear or rather, Yuna Fan Club. Yes, Noa is putting her rivalry aside to form one. I find it hilarious how Yuna eventually walks into their meeting. I guess the gig is up, but it’s nice that Yuna reacted positively to it.

Oh no! Yuna is surrounded.
It didn’t take long for him to get pummeled.
Yes, Yuna is is that powerful.

Meanwhile, it seems that the King is threatened by the royal magician he executed named Gulzam. Apparently, it’s a hologram as he disappeared after threatening the king. Before the king notified the guild for help, Yuna basically defeated all the monsters. Apparently, controlling all those monsters certainly took a toll on Gulzam before Yuna defeated him for good with a knockout punch. Yes, she already overheard that monsters are attacking traveling merchants before taking out all the monsters.

It’s obvious that Yuna wants Cliff to cover it up. Sadly, it doesn’t go as planned.

Believe it or not, she defeated the monsters to clear the way for Ellelora’s husband, Cliff. I find it funny that Yuna wants him to cover up Gulzam’s death. Yet, he told the truth to the king, but it gave a different reaction. The king is thankful that Yuna defeated Gulzam. Still, it’s funny how Ellelora hugs Yuna when she saw her instead of Cliff. Yuna finally realizes that the royalty in this world isn’t so bad after all.

As they say, Yuna did it for Fina.

Obviously, the king wants to give Yuna a reward. Apparently, Yuna doesn’t want anything in return since she is doing it for Fina of course since Noa is her one of her friends. Aside from that, it appears that Yuna is finally taking the suggestion to open a restaurant. I wonder what she will come up with.

As I said before Yuna and her imouto harem are more fun to watch than “Kuma Saitama Time” so the fight was same ol’ same ol’. I will say the sight of an adorable Yuna riding Kumakyun immediately after a tense scene got a good laugh from me.

Without reading the LN or manga I bet Sia/Shia and Flora will join her 10000 cuties har- I mean fan club.

I guess it’s not too surprising given that Yuna is already overpowered, so she can pretty much defeat anything, but I wonder if she will eventually face a really difficult opponent at one point.

Still, her ever growing female harem is more interesting though.
