After RAISE A SUILEN performed in front of Roselia and Poppin’ Party, ChuChu shares her intentions to recruit Rokka. However, Rokka seems so embarrassed that she can’t bring herself to do it. Or does she?
It becomes obvious that ChuChu is chasing after Rokka. After all, Rokka has hidden guitarist talents. When Rokka and Asuka headed to the school entrance, ChuChu was there. Rokka eventually rushed into the school and thought she was safe. She is reluctant to join because she thinks that she would have to squish Poppin Party into dango along with Roselia.
The funny thing is that Tsugumi and Hina called Rokka into the office. Of course, ChuChu was there, thus causing Rokka to become scared. The thing is, apparently ChuChu received permission to enter school grounds. Thankfully, this meeting didn’t last long as afternoon classes begin.
Of course, hilarity ensues when Rokka and Asuka leaves school. Pareo and ChuChu was in front of the entrance doors, thus they started running away. Of course, Pareo and ChuChu chased after them. I find it funny how the members of Afterglow and Roselia witnesses this in disbelief. Rokka eventually separates from Asuka as ChuChu and Pareo continues to run after her. Hagumi allows Rokka to hide in the shop from them. Sadly, once Rokka left, Pareo found her. Thankfully, she didn’t drag her back.
In the end, Masuki finds Rokka playing guitar and dragged her back to ChuChu. Rokka shows her skills, but she obviously held back for obvious reasons. ChuChu notices this and turns her down. On the flip side, Yukina changes her mind and decides to participate in the competition. You know what this means, right? No more free time for Roselia as they will grind those practice sessions.
In the third episode, it’s more about Rokka overcoming her anxieties of joining RAISE A SUILEN. It’s obvious that she yearns about joining a band, but afraid to squish Poppin Party. Kasumi and her friends eventually notice that Rokka feels down. Still, it’s obvious that Rokka is holding herself back as she is afraid of facing off against her favorite bands. Not only that, the band she tried out for is different from the one she used to participate in. Tae eventually learns her trouble and Poppin Party decides to create a song for her.
After Poppin Party performed their new song, Rokka gains the courage to try again. In other words, she should not worry about squishing her favorite band. She should go after the thing she desires the most. With Masuki’s help, she made it to the studio.
While ChuChu is reluctant to give her another chance, she decides to do it. This time, Rokka plays the guitar without her glasses and her hair down. She pretty much played like she did during the cultural festival. With the other band members joining in, ChuChu changes her mind. Now, Rokka has to prove herself to become a permanent member of the band. Will she make it? Time will tell.
