It appears that Tachibana Satomi is worried about her figure. Her coworker suggests working out at a nearby gym. Without knowing, Satomi doesn’t realize that students at the school she works at would be there too.
As expected, Akemi and Hibiki becomes surprised when they see Satomi at the gym. It’s obvious that she is there to work out and lose some weight. During her workout session with a dumbbell, Hibiki and Akemi sees a strange tan line near Satomi’s belly button. Of course, she becomes shocked that her students might discover her secret hobby. Thankfully, the girls just take it as Satomi wearing a special swimsuit.
You might be wondering, what is Satomi’s secret hobby exactly? Believe it or not, it’s cosplaying. This can explain why she is self-conscious about it despite being good at it. Her stage name is apparently Yurie Riko. This can explain why she wants to lose some weight.
On the other hand, Hibiki’s diet finally gets the spotlight. While Ayaka and Akemi brings normal bento box, Hibiki brings a really big one containing tons of fried food. Of course, Akemi tells Hibiki that skipping a meal and then stuffing her face isn’t a good idea as it would be counterproductive.
In other words, Hibiki is eating a diet of a sumo wrestler, which is not what she intended to do. This can explain why her weight isn’t going down besides the muscles weighting more. Akemi suggest Hibiki to eat smaller meals and snacks with low calories and have one cheat day so the body doesn’t fall into energy-saving mode. As you would expect, Hibiki starts her cheat day on day one by gorging herself on food without starting the new diet.
From the looks of it, Satomi managed to lose enough weight for Comiket where she cosplayed as a character from an anime. She seems happy with the results until she sees Akemi and Hibiki. Thankfully, they didn’t notice her as they saw Machio cosplaying as a muscular character. Thanks to him, Satomi again didn’t reveal her secret hobby. Then again, Akemi and Hibiki might find out about it eventually someday.
