Bocchi has to present a haiku in front of the class. However, given how shy she is, this can become a problem.
Bocchi is really shy, probably more than Miyako. The funny thing is that both Miyako and Bocchi is good at academics. When Teruyo handed Bocchi her math test back, she happened to score a 97.
Unfortinately, Nako ends up failing the exam with a score of 27. I find it funny how Bocchi becomes disappointed that Nako didn’t score a 75 and not the fact she failed. This is a pun of Nako’s name since in Japanese, Nanais 7 and Go is five. Still, aiming for a 75 is still pretty bad since one should aim for 90 or above.
Aside from that, it’s understandable why Bocchi want to become sick. Apparently, her teacher assigned her class an assignment to write a haiku and present it in front of class. Obviously, Bocchi needs to present something in front of her class. Of course, this is her biggest fear given how shy she is. Then again, she is not alone. Not everyone is comfortable at public speaking at first. It takes a lot of practice, but eventually one will get used to it.
Sadly, Bocchi’s presenting something for the first time didn’t go so well. She tried doing special techniques such as doing strange physical exercises and picture audience as potatoes to get over her anxiety. As expected, it failed and she eventually vomits in front of class. It’s bound to happen. Hopefully someday, she will become able to present stuff in class.
As for Teruyo, it seems that she is still afraid of Nako. I guess she became terrified when she handed Nako a test with a bad grade on it. It’s bound to happen, but I guess Nako’s asking her about the grade didn’t help. Hopefully, Nako will eventually sort out her differences with Teruyo. After all, Teruyo wants to stop becoming nervous towards Nako.
Aside from that, I find it funny how Bocchi tries to help Nako study. The funny thing is that she teaches Nako how to laugh instead of actual math. While Bocchi wasn’t that helpful in helping Nako study, at least she gave her some motivation to work hard in remedial classes and pass the retake exam. I guess Bocchi really want Nako to pass so she can walk home with her along with her other friends.
Still, I find it hilarious how Nako scores a 75 on the retake exam. I felt that she could have aimed for a higher score, but I guess she really wants to make Bocchi’s joke a reality.
Miss Teruyo being able to transform into a triangle was pretty cool.
Bocchi not only has superhuman speed, is a kunoichi and master of disguise but also a gang leader. Truly a girl of many talents.
#WaHaHa!
Yes, it’s funny seeing her turn into a right triangle, but it’s going to be a long time before she gets used to Nako.
No matter what, Bocchi seems talented and it’s not so surprising since she has good grades. Makes me wonder if she can be a good cook just like Miyako. Still, I wonder where she got those animal costumes or if she made them.
Wouldn’t surprise me if she made them herself.
