Believe it or not, Miyako is not a NEET, but actually a college student. Apparently, there is someone who seems to like her, well secretly.
I find it funny how Hinata, Hana and Noa became surprised that Miyako is actually a college student and not a NEET. In other words, she goes to class every day. While this is understandable since she is really shy and don’t interact with others. Still, it seems that she is a good student from hearing her professor’s complimenting her work. As expected, Hinata, Hana and Noa followed her to university and took a tour from a nice lady who they don’t know. It becomes obvious who it is.
While Miyako hesitated in going to that sweets shop at first, they eventually ate their sweets on a bench. The girls noticed that someone is coming up behind Miyako. It’s the same lady that took the girls on a tour of the campus. Her name is Matsumoto Kouko and she is has a habit of stalking Miyako. This is mostly because she has a crush on her.
I have to admit that Kouko kind of reminds me of Miyazaki Sumire and a bit of Ukai Midori. Believe it or not, Kouko actually grew out her hair, took up sewing and of course, learned how to make sweets. She even walks by Miyako’s house and even spies on her. With that, Kouko thinks that she is friends with Miyako since she is always together with her. Unfortinately, Miyako doesn’t know her at all.
What is kind of creepy is when Kouko comes over to Miyako’s house wearing the same cosplay outfit Miyako made. Believe it or not, Kouko used better fabric and even made one for Miyako to try on. When Miyako wears it, it fits her perfectly. Still, I have to admit that the maid outfit looks really similar to the one that Tsubame usually wears.
At last, Hana’s and Noa’s mothers, Haruka and Emily finally comes over for a visit. Surprisingly, they seem to be happy that Miyako play with their daughters. Haruka also seems to know that Miyako makes cute clothing. Yep, Noa can’t keep that a secret. Either way, things turn out surprisingly well. Miyako even decides to become friends with Kouko, despite her being a stalker. Still, I think Kouko and Miyako might have some potential, maybe.
Aside from that, after Noa talked with her mother, Noa knows that Hinata loves Miyako. Noa thought about becoming like Miyako so she can get along with Hinata even better. It’s obvious that Noa still has feelings for Hinata besides the fact that she compliments her cuteness.

Saw that question… Kouko is probably less creepy since she is not a masochist like Midori, although she stalks Miyako.
From the looks of earlier scenes showing her as a cameo, she also has a little sister, younger than Hinata and her friends.
