Oh no! Misha’s ferret, Kumagorou has escaped and it’s obvious why.
As expected, Misha wants to take Kumagorou to a doctor’s appointment. It’s understandable why he doesn’t want to go to the doctors. It’s amazing how he manages to escape without detection out of fear of receiving a vaccine or a shot from a doctor. Somehow, a familiar looking girl manages to pick him up and keep him as her own.
While it’s understandable why Misha worries about Kumagorou possibly being lost forever, we finally found out how he joined the family. After her mother’s death, her father bought him as a baby ferret to keep Misha company. It’s understandable why this would be devastating if her ferret got hit by a car or eaten by a dog.
As Mimika made posters and puts them up, Tsubame eventually enlisted the help of Midori. It’s interesting that she keeps a dog that looks like Meteor. However, it a retired police dog named Racing Cloud. I find it funny how when Tsubame orders the dog to find the ferret since it won’t listen to Midori.
I find it funny that the dog finds the ferret at Yui’s house of all places. When Yui opens the door after she challenges Misha, Yui’s little sister had the ferret. From here, Yui’s little sister was using him as a muffler. While his white fur makes it look like one, it’s obvious that it looks more like a ferret than a muffler. While Tsubame coaxed Yui’s sister to give it back, Misha seems happy to have it back. As for the ferret, he will be going to the doctors after all no matter if it likes it or not.
In the second half, Tsubame wakes up Misha saying it snowed. As most children who are Misha’s age, they would think it’s a snow day. Sadly, she becomes disappointed since school is still open and the streets are clear. Still, I have to give Midori mad props for her to shovel the streets while it’s snowing heavily. Even after all that work, she only receives a packet of tissues from Tsubame. In an alternative universe, I really want to see Tsubame and Midori happen, but it won’t sadly. Still, it’s nice to see Midori happy, even if Tsubame will never recognize her romantic feelings.
Still, it’s kind of surprising that Misha doesn’t like the snow. Who doesn’t like snow if you don’t have to shovel it? Even Mimika knows that Misha enjoyed the snow when her mother was alive. Still, I noticed that Mimika is a little plump after eating all the sweets first. This can explain why she became fired up when Yui challenges Misha and Mimika to a snowball fight. This bound to happen since Misha unintentionally steals the attention for cuteness from Yui.
While Mimika and Misha struggled in the snowball fight since Yui dominated them, Tsubame helps Misha by giving some advice. The funny thing is that Tsubame disguises herself as a snowman. After Mimika made snowballs with her bare hands while Misha avoids the ones Yui threw, she threw all the ones Mimika made. Still, I wonder why Tsubame didn’t help throw some snowballs while disguised as a snowman. I guess Yui will notice.
After Mimika and Misha took Tsubame’s advice, it appears that Yui is losing before realizing time is up. Sadly, Yui’s friends wasn’t paying attention with the refereeing. At least Mimika and Misha is happy they had fun in the snow together despite the fight ending in a tie. As always, Tsubame seems satisfied after seeing Misha having fun in the snow with her friend.
Yui’s imouto was cute but that’s all. The highlight of the episode came in the 2nd half with MiMi. As Tsubame said, “so precious”. Of course Midorin was excellent as usual.
Yes, Yui’s little sister is surprisingly adorable. I guess she doesn’t realize that snatching someone’s ferret is not a good idea.
The moment with Misha and Mimika playing in the snow in a snowball fight is precious. As always, it’s nice to see more of Midori.
