Now that Touko decided to have Yuu become her campaign manager, she still wonders why she picked her instead of Sayaka.
Confused from last time, Yuu is talking to her friends about being Touko’s running mate. She wonders why she picked her instead of Sayaka. Still, she is still questioning why Touko confessed her feelings to her. Meanwhile, Touko is at the gym with Sayaka. She wonders why Sayaka is in a bad mood. She eventually explains to Sayaka why she picked Yuu. Touko thought Yuu is good fit for the position. If elected, she plans on appointing her become an officer.
Yuu eventually receives the draft for the speech from Sayaka. On her way home with Touko, Yuu asked about what happened the other day. She bumped into Touko’s back and shortly afterwards, she kisses her. The day afterwards, Touko apologized for what happened.
After Yuu did the interview, she still feels conflicted. Touko has feelings for Yuu. She can’t show affection to her back. Yuu believes that she isn’t the same as Touko as initially thought. When they met at the coffee shop, Yuu thought about telling Touko that she can’t fall in love with her. Before Yuu can say anything, Touko mentions that Yuu won’t ask her out, but has one request. She wants to be able to keep loving Yuu. Either way, Yuu is still okay with it.
From the looks of it, it seems that Touko probably sees something special in Yuu that Yuu doesn’t realize yet. Yuu still confused and doesn’t quite understand what Touko means by her confession. Touko sees something special in Yuu that she won’t realize yet.
From this, it’s kind of obvious why Touko decided to pick Yuu over Sayaka, which would have given Touko an easy victory. Instead, Touko wanted to take a chance so she can get closer with Yuu. If Touko’s plans of appointing Yuu as an officer isn’t obvious enough, what is? Still, it’s somewhat obvious that Sayaka is jealous, especially given how she felt during physical education.
With that, I have to admit the kissing scene between Yuu and Touko is lovely. While Yuu is still confused over the confession, how the time froze and Yuu running into Touko led to a nice build up. Sure, Touko thought it was the right time to show her love for Yuu. Still, Yuu doesn’t quite understand or feel anything after her first kiss. Rather, it’s felt rather neutral. Even after she attempted to hold hands during the photo shoot, she doesn’t feel anything, or rather she doesn’t think she is the same like Touko as initially thought.
The interesting that while Yuu eventually wanted to dump Touko, Touko read her mind perfectly. She knew that Yuu wouldn’t ask her out or fall in love with her. Regardless, she decides to keep showing love for Yuu. It’s understandable why Touko won’t give up on Yuu yet. She knows that Yuu will eventually understand the feelings of love, it just will take some time.
As the title of this show suggests, it takes time for a flower to grow and bloom. In other words, it will take a while until Yuu is ready to understand the special feeling and understand the meaning of love. After all, Yuu haven’t given up on her and perhaps, things will change as she grows closer to her.
