Sakura once again sees the masked and hooded figure again. Also, a certain girl makes a special call for Sakura.
While Sakura went shopping with Kero tagging along, she runs into Akiho. She hasn’t gotten used to the area yet and doesn’t know what shops to go to. Thankfully, Sakura decide to help her out. Sakura also sees a rabbit plush in one of the pouches in Akiho’s bag. She calls it Momo and wonders if she can bring it to school. With that, Sakura decides to bring Kero to school too. Still, I wonder if this is just an ordinary plush or it can move just like Kero. That remains a mystery.
After Sakura came home and unpack the groceries, she receives a phone call. It’s from Meiling, and of course Kero becomes fired up after seeing her eat a sweet bun. He even transforms into his true form. I have to admit that it’s funny how she rips into him just like that and even ignores him. Either way, it seems that she plans on visiting Sakura, Tomoyo, and Syaoran during summer break. This makes me wonder where Sakura will take her.
During dinner, Sakura notices a strange noise. It sounds like white noise or the recording mechanism of a camcorder. After hearing it, she goes into a dream-like state and sees the cloaked and masked figure. This time, it does not try to take the key, but instead, clocks appeared. Eventually, she snapped back to reality. It seems that her father and older brother noticed something odd. Thankfully, Sakura was able to get out of a sticky situation.
The next day during class, Sakura is still hearing the same noise sometimes. She did some readings and the teacher was talking about a type of dream called a premonition. It’s a dream that you see things happening in the future. Is the dream Sakura saw last night being a premonition? We don’t know, but it may as well be.
During lunch break, Akiho shares that she still thinking what club to join. While Chiharu suggests joining the theater club, it seems that the girls are interested in seeing Akiho sing again. Tomoyo takes her friends to the music room and she tries to convince Syaoran to play the piano for the song. It seems that she knows that he could play the piano from Meiling. Of course, Syaoran must be annoyed at Meling.
Either way, they sing a song called “Misty Moonlight.” As expected, Sakura and Chiharu seem to enjoyed it. After the song ended, Sakura hears the strange noise again. She tells Tomoyo to take Chiharu and Akiho out of the room while Sakura captures the card. They did and Syaoran witnesses Sakura capturing the card. It was in one of the paintings and this card is named “Record.” Syaoran is surprised given that he can’t sense any magic from the card Sakura just captured.
With that, the mysteries regarding the Clear Cards deepens. Apparently, they have drones too taking pictures. It seems that Tomoyo’s family company can come up with big technological advancements within just a few years.
