With Miu busy selling comics, it’s ponytail day at the café. Also, Maika catches a cold.
Apparently, it’s ponytail day at the café. It’s funny how Koyo and Dino tried to tie their hair in a ponytail. It ends up looking like a topknot. Either way, while ponytail Kaho looks cute, I like twin tail Kaho more.
Aside from that, Kaho tries various hairstyles on Maika. As expected, Maika looks cute in all of them except for one. Letting Maika’s hair down causes it to go everywhere. It seems that her hair is affected by static electricity. Still, it’s funny to see her hair almost look like tentacles. Either way, Kaho ends up tying her hair in a ponytail. The customers seem to like the new look on Maika, although they still prefer her usual hair-style.
To resolve Maika’s stress, Dino offers her special hair treatment. She takes it since it’s a foreign product. Not so surprising given her foreigner fetish. Dino even offers to walk Maika to the station sharing an umbrella. It seems that he is trying to win Maika’s heart, but that will be hard given her obliviousness.
While preparing to head home, Koyo enter the staff room. He sees Kaho playing a mobile game called I Pass (Idol Passport). It’s funny how Koyo decides to join in on the fun with Kaho. The funny thing is that they are so focused on the game that they didn’t notice that Dino turned off the light and locked the door. It’s funny how Koyo and Kaho argue which idol they picked for a popularity contest. When it comes to idols, it’s serious business on which idol is their favorite. It can lead to arguments and broken friendships. From this, it seems that Kaho prefers Arisa and Koyo likes Misa.
Eventually, Koyo and Kaho realizes the light turned off. Once they turned the light back on, the door is locked. Eventually, the lightning takes out the power. It’s funny that Kaho can’t call since her battery on her phone ran out. It shows the downside to mobile games as it can take all your battery life. This proves that there is always a place for portable consoles as it won’t drain your phone’s battery when you need it.
Thankfully, Dino manages to unlock the door after realizing a noise coming from the room. It seems that Koyo and Kaho will smash Dino’s figure collection if they miss the thing they want the most. Still, it makes me wonder why the lock is outside instead the inside.
The next day, Koyo ask Kaho where is Maika. Apparently, Maika caught a cold on her way home since she didn’t have an umbrella. Dino punishes himself for letting Maika catch a cold while he bleeds. Thankfully, Kaho with Mafuyu suggest visiting Maika and Dino heard it instantly. When it comes to Maika, sadly, he can’t resist. I have to admit, it’s funny how the police questions him when he tries to find a way in.
From there, we finally see Maika’s older sister, Aika who looks after her little sister. It’s funny how she becomes shocked after hearing that Maika have friends. Maika also have an older brother, Kouchi that reacts similarly too. It’s funny how they responded similarly since they think Maika’s glare will cause her to never make any friends. They are happy that this is not the case.
While Kaho, Mafuyu and Dino visits Maika in her bedroom, Aika and Kouchi eventually serve tea and snacks. While Kaho and Mafuyu receive normal tea and snacks, not so much for Dino. It’s hilarious how Aika serves various types of tea, some that are not so appealing to Dino. Also, Kouchi serves him rock hard rice crackers while others got normal snacks.
Since Aika and Kouchi thinks that Dino is Maika’s boyfriend (he isn’t), they start interrogating him. This causes Maika to become upset and scares the crap out of her older brother and sister. She even threatens them to serve them hot tea and rock-hard rice crackers. This is hilarious given how sadism runs in the Sakuranomiya family.
