Now that Yoshino assembled her new team, will her team make a PR campaign for a wood sculpture district a success? It seems harder than it looks.
At last, Yoshino assembles a team consisting of her friends to help achieve her mission. With that, Sanae decides to move into the cabin to work with other girls on her team. Given that she works on websites, she is in charge of information technology. In other words, it’s quite obvious what type of work she will work on in helping promote the village.
This time, it seems that the pickup truck that Shiori was using to move Sanae’s stuff broke down. The girls eventually asked Doku, the crazy mechanic to help fix the truck. Afterwards, the girls carried the boxes containing Sanae’s belongings into the cabin.
During the move, Yoshino figures out an idea of promoting wood carvings. The girls eventually work with one of Kazushi’s students. While Sanae became enthusiastic towards combining technology trends with wood carvings, it’s obvious that Kazushi wouldn’t like the idea.
While adding wooden sculptures to the exoskeleton is cool, is not practical since it causes more trouble than it’s worth. When they received help from Doku to create a wood sculpture that transforms, Kazushi flips out after seeing it. It’s understandable why he reacted this way considering the wood carvings is a traditional art form.
Eventually, Sanae and Yoshino came to his shop to apologize. Kazushi asks why Sanae came to this village. From this, he believes that she is running away. Apparently, this was the case when Sanae reveals that she quit her job because she doesn’t want to live a life with constant overtime. She thinks that she has to do everything no matter what. However, she soon realized that people can cover for her after she ended up in the hospital due to exhaustion from overworking.
In the end, Sanae decides that she can’t help Yoshino on this effort anymore. Does this mean that she quit? Maybe she needs some time to think things over. Sure, this is disparaging, but she will eventually find something that motivates her to help promote the village. Either way, hopefully Yoshino and her friends find a way to convince her otherwise. Eventually, Sanae will come back considering that she is part of the main cast. Time will only tell.
