With the culture festival coming up, Kasumi decides to volunteer and enlisting the help of Saya. She doesn’t realize how hard it is to organize it.
From the beginning, we learn that Saya used to play as a drummer in a girl’s band during middle school. It seems that she had a lot of fun. It makes me wonder why she doesn’t want to play music again. We’ll find out later when Kasumi does something that Saya doesn’t like.
In the present day, Kasumi decides to be the cultural festival comittee’s president. Of course, Kasumi picks her friend Saya to help out. With that, the class comes up with ideas for what activity their class should do. They ultimately decide to do a bakery. I am not surprised given that Rimi mentions the chocolate cornets she buys from Saya’s parent’s bakery.
With that, everything is all good until Kasumi find out she has a lot of work to do to prepare for the festival. As with all cheerful girls, they don’t realize how much work they need to put in a task.
While Kasumi’s friends come over to Saya’s place to prepare aprons, it’s funny how Jun reacts. It’s funny to see him blush when he sees Kasumi’s friends come over. It’s must be that he has a thing for them. Still, it’s funny how Kasumi tries to get him join her in the bath.
While the other girls left, Saya and Kasumi worked on the lyrics. It seems that Kasumi needs a break as nothing come to her mind. During break, Kasumi invites her to perform just this one time in her band at the festival. Saya agrees, but she doesn’t know that Kasumi list her as a member. Kasumi is very sneaky since it gives everyone the wrong idea. Saya had to explain to Natsu that she is not getting back into music.
With that, it makes me wonder why Saya feels this way towards music. Maybe it’s because she is too dedicated working in her parent’s business. Either way, we’ll find out the reason why next time.
Looking forward to finding out what exactly went wrong the last time Saya was part of a group.
It should be interesting to see Saya’s problems resolved. Probably playing in the band might change that.
