Now that Illya shared her intentions to save Illya and the world, Darius’s true identity finally gets revealed.
At last, thanks to Illya’s moving speech, Miyu became hopeful that she will be saved. In short, Gil and Bazett launched a surprise attack on Angelica and brought Luviagelita and Rin back to their senses. In other words, they didn’t know what was going on after they regained consciousness. I have to admit that Luviagelita’s reaction to what she was wearing was funny.
While Gil absorbs Angelica’s attack, Chloe uses her bow and arrow to take down part of the tower where Miyu is located. In short, Darius became angry that Illya was able to rescue Miyu. Basically, Illya used the Saber card to break through his attack and use the Caster card to use the “Rule Breaker” on him. Now we know that Darius is not the real thing. Nor is the castle that exists in front of them. In short, everything was an illusion. At least the reunion between Miyu and Illya was nice.
In reality, Julian was pretending to be Darius, who died a while back. Still, I don’t like him one bit although he looks like Issei from Fate/stay night, but more deceitful. I won’t be surprised if Julian used alternate Shirou for his master plan. Thankfully, Gil managed to rescue him so that he can face off against his foe next time.
In short, it seems that Julian unleashed the Holy Grail. Miyu doesn’t call Erica as her friend anymore as Erica becomes part of the Grail. In short, the Grail produces heroic spirits from previous wars that the girls can’t defeat. Things looked hopeless until alternate Shirou appears. Makes me wonder how the final battle will play out. Also, what role does Tanaka plays? We’ll find out soon enough.
It’ll be interesting to see why the fake Darius alias was created.
Miyu could have worded that a bit better. Poor Erica’s misguided, not evil.
The future brides’ reunion was wonderful.
Luvia-Sama is always great.
Next episode is filled with hype!
Yep, the next episode will be an exciting one at the very least. Still, I am quite curious why Julian decided to imitate him. Still, it’s a good thing that Illya used the rule breaker, even if the Caster card is gone forever. We’ll see soon enough why he did it.
