It seems that Hajime wants to impress Aoba, but sadly, she fell short.
Apparently, Rin’s tablet stylus stopped working, thus she tasked Hajime and Aoba to pick one up. I have to admit that I use one of these tablets (including on the Surface Pro) and they are very useful with Photoshop. There are many pens one can buy for it that one can easily get overwhelmed. Of course, they don’t come cheap either, especially the Wacom ones.
I find it funny that both Aoba and Hajime forgot their wallet. I would have thought that Hajime would have hers at least since she wants Aoba to look up to her. Still, it’s funny to see her say that she dropped it and having to go to the service counter to find it. The funny thing is that it was at her desk and Aoba brought it to her. It seems that Hajime set expectations of being Aoba’s mentor a bit too high. Still, it’s funny to see her act cutesy towards Ko even though it doesn’t quite suit her. I guess she is just trying to cover up her shortcomings this time.
Aside from that, while Ko and Hajime fighting over the air conditioning temperature was funny (Yes, 30 degrees Celsius or 86 degrees Fahrenheit is way too hot, for me at least), Aoba takes a look at Ko’s desk. While it’s funny to see Aoba pretend to be Ko and Hifumi caught her doing so, It’s surprising to see her become successful despite having a messy desk and being shy. Even now, Ko still has poor communication skills even though she is improving. This is not good enough to be an effective leader. Either way, she will eventually get there since one doesn’t become a good communicator overnight. It takes years of experience.
Either way, it seems that Hifumi is pretty much like she was two years ago. Then again, she changed when Aoba came along. Is it because of her that allowed Hifumi to become more open? Then again, maybe it’s because she is attracted to Aoba. I’m guessing the latter, but I won’t be surprised since Aoba is the only person Hifumi is comfortable talking to.
Let’s all cheer Hifumi on in her quest to become stronger for Aoba. FIGHTO!

Hajime is sexier than she is adorable.
I won’t be surprised if they become an official couple by the end of the show. Hopefully it will happen. Aside from that, I do agree about Hajime since She has an attractive body.
