Believe it or not, it seems that Rabbit House does have rival against Ama Usa An, but for silly reasons.
From the looks of it, it seems that Chino’s grandmother still has a fiery rivalry with Ama Usa An. From the looks of it, it seems that Tippy still gets fired up about the whole thing that he wants to have a battle with Chiya’s grandmother. Still, it’s cute that Sharo and Chiya were the ones that went to the Rabbit House and look at the menu to come up with creative titles for coffee for Ama Usa An. It makes me wonder why Sharo didn’t remember until she bangs her head with the serving tray to recall it. Still, Sharo’s idea of Rize interrogating her while she is tied up in a chair is funny when Cocoa brought Rize over. It just shows that Sharo can’t resist Rize’s presence.
From the looks of it, it seems that the rivalry more has to do with Chino’s grandfather being angry over the collaboration he did with Ama Usa An. He is not happy that it took away the focus from the coffee. While it is revealed that he collaborated with Chiya’s grandmother to make coffee youkan and the customers liked it, he was still pouting, thus beginning a tense and childish rivalry between the Rabbit House and Ama Usa An. There is no wonder Chiya’s grandmother looks down at him when she hears his voice. Still, I have to admit that her reaction to Chino talking to Tippy on the phone was hilarious. She basically gave her a bunch of sweets and coffee after hearing Tippy’s voice and saying that Chino looks exactly like her grandmother. The funny thing is that Chino happens to enjoy the sweets, thus upsetting Tippy, which is hilarious.
Aside from the silly rival, I’m glad that Chiya finally got some focus. It seems that Chino, Megu and Maya are working at different cafes for three days as a part of a work experience assignment. While Chino works at Ama Usa An, Chiya reveals that she gets lonely at times and imitates Cocoa and Rize as if she was working at Rabbit House. While the impersonations of those respective characters are cute, I do sympathize with her. It seems that she wants to someday work in the same place as her friends.
While Chiya asking Sharo through a note is the first step to possibly work at Fleur de Lapin, which does not become a reality since Chiya popped one of the buttons on the uniform, it does strongly hint that the green and yellow Rabbit House uniforms will eventually get made so that she can work at the Rabbit House with her friends, at least for one episode. This is basically Chiya’s and also Chino’s ultimate dream considering that she enjoys imitating Rize and Cocoa, which are pretty funny.
Aside from that, Chiya and Megu looks adorable in the uniform Sharo usually wears. While they can’t beat Rize who looks absolutely gorgeous in that uniform, I’m surprised that Chiya almost looks as attractive in it as Rize.
Chino turned to the “tea side”.
Chiya is a demigoddess.
Megu’s cuteness is nearly as strong as Chiya’s.
This show continues to deliver week after week.
I’m certain we will soon get those special uniforms.
Yep, there is simply too much cuteness… While I didn’t add a picture of Megu wearing the Fleur uniform, she looks adorable in it.
But yes, I’m positive that those uniforms are coming. Chiya and Sharo is wearing them in the upcoming crossover rhythm game, Miracle Girls Festival (which I preordered after figuring out it comes out this month). Cocoa and Chino needs to make it happen.
It’s interesting how Chino went to Chiya’s, and Megu to Syaro’s, while Maya to Rabbit House (though we all know she’s following Rize :p) Kinda shows how influential the senpai would be in shaping up their personalities, not sure where that puts Cocoa though.
Once again Cocoa was denied her destiny to be a great onee-sama, Don’t give up Cocoa!
It seems that Cocoa has competition with Chiya, who she is close with… Maybe it’s because she is more mature in comparison, but she has a similar personality. Even so, I don’t think Cocoa will give up that easily.
Still, interesting observation.
