We are almost down to possibly the last trio unit as Rika, Miria and Kirari teams up to make their own debut, filled with a lot of positive energy.
I have to admit that while the girls in “Dekoration” are not necessarily my favorites (probably aside from Kirari), this episode was very enjoyable, especially since the Producer spends the most time thus far interacting with them. It’s probably because he intends to have the unit to do their own thing. The first strep in achieving that is to publicize their CD before it releases through a live talk show event.
I have to admit that Rika, Miria and Kirari makes a nice group mostly because of their cheerful and fun personalities. It’s more noticeable in the next location (more on that later). Still, I’m glad that he actually had some bonding time with the girls while they explored the town they stopped by when Kirari suggested crepes. He basically took pictures of them for their site while the girls posed. Not only that, the girls even offered him a taste even though he declined.
Sadly, the producer had a strange mishap mostly because of his appearance. It’s kind of expected when he is taking pictures of idols, especially ones that are in their early teens. Of course people are going to get the wrong idea about him. While the girls wandered away to talk to some passerby, he apparently got caught in a big misunderstanding with the police. As expected, the Producer’s disappearance causes everyone to become worried at the agency and even Mika, Rika’s older sister. At one point, she scalded the Producer and even Rika over the phone for not staying put so that they can find each other. Also Chihiro suggested the Producer to do the same, but it seemed that nobody took her advice.
While things look grim as Kirari blames herself for suggesting crepes while Rika has a sprained ankle, I liked how the girls pick themselves right up and head to their next site while managing to generate excitement. Not only that, they managed to find the Producer and Mika along the way while making their second event a huge success. Yep, things worked out in their favor in the end.
Aside from that, I noticed that Mika always seems to steal the attention away and it’s for a good reason. She is one of the senior idols that are very supportive of girls in the Cinderella Girls’ project and not just for the sake of her younger sister. Still, I have to admit that she looks pretty with her hair down instead of a ponytail. Also, while Ranko and Minami looked cute in their outfits for their stand in, Rin was a total knockout. She looks adorable in hers, especially with her hair in braids.
With that, I wonder who is next since there are only two girls left in need of a debut. I highly doubt Miku will be paired up with Rina since they are complete opposites. Whatever happens, I can’t wait.
With Kirari being in my top 5 it was wonderful seeing her in action doing more than fetching Anzu. The Great Ranran looked wonderful in non-gothic clothing though it is clear Goth is her defining look.
Currently Rika is still a mini-Mika to me so I cannot say much.
Puffy is adorable.
Kirari is a “big girl” but I think you could have figured that out without having checked out the games.
As for Rin and Mika…beach episode. That is all I currently need from those two. I am anxiously waiting for that episode.
It is tough being Producer-Titan. Much respect for him not giving up.
From what I heard, Kirari grows even taller the more she becomes popular… From what I heard, she goes up to 183 cm…
Still, I have to admit that Ranko look cute in the clothes she was wearing as a stand in too… and she still wore it afterwards.
