Dog Days Double Dash – Episode 6
While it’s a fitting episode for today, it seems that Leonmitchelli decided to throw a tournament for her arranged marriage. As expected, she singlehandedly beats every suitor that challenged her.
While the battles were exciting, I felt that this tournament was a nice introduction for Leaf, a distant relative of Vert that happens to be Leo’s childhood friend. While he eventually got defeated, it seems like he challenged her just so that she can talk to her without realizing it’s a contest for marriage. For now at least, Leo will remain unmarried until someone manages to defeat her. I have to give her some credit. The tournament generated a lot of money for her kingdom.
Shirobako – Episode 18
From the look of things, it seems that things have gotten worse for Aoi. Besides the fact that the episode director made a lot of mistakes and changes the director did not like, I guess life got harder for her rather quickly. Not only the studio they contracted some of the work refused to pick up the phone sometimes, the episode director over there suddenly quit after being told to fix the mistakes. With Tarou running away from the pressure, it looks like she is at a loss until Erika came back from her absence. Yep, she is going to have a big mess to clean up after being on leave for several months.
Even so, I feel bad that Shizuka since she is still being left out of the fun. Then again, I have a feeling that she might get a role considering that the voice actress’s voice for Aria has changed since the audition. Furthermore, the editor and author didn’t attend at the first recording, meaning that there is a possibility that the author might not like the voice for Aria and want to get it changed. Either way, I think they will eventually add her in given that she gained more experience from the last gig.
On the other hand, it seems that some viewers hate Ai mostly because they think she is there to pander to the fans. While I have mixed feelings about her since she is somewhat annoying, it’s not a complete deal breaker. At least Ema is learning something by being her mentor.

Yep, and I’m not yet at the stage of finding a girlfriend and starting a family anytime soon since I still looking for a job… but at least there is always 2d. :p
In a real life working society, I wonder how the heck would Ai survive… >_>
I wonder about that too since any job requires a degree of communication. Heck, the field I’m trying to get a job requires a good amount of communication. Still, I wonder why Musani hired her in the first place? Maybe because of her skills perhaps? Either way, I hope her communication skills will get better as time goes on. If that happens, I won’t mind her character as I do currently.
