Since Sora finally got Clammy and Feel on his side, what role they will have in the actual game against the werebeasts?
As a whole, this episode felt light-hearted one since we learn more about Clammy and Feel. While I knew that Clammy would be a some type of slave, I’m surprised that she has a strong bond with Feel similar to what Sora has with Shiro. Besides Feel wanting to protect her friend no matter what, it’s interesting to hear Sora repeating the same lines that she said to Clammy. Perhaps this is another reason he wanted to give a copy of his memories to Clammy because their situations are similar. Therefore, it will be a lot easier to get her on board in order to beat the werebeasts.
Talking about werebeasts, I guess Sora enlisting the help from Feel was a good move in the effort to counter the werebeasts’ plans. Although Clammy is basically a human, she is not part of the wager since she is someone else’s property. Besides the fact that the two will maintain information about the game if they lose, this also means that the werebeasts can’t blatantly cheat unless they really want to lose. Knowing them, there is a good possibility that either Izuna or the old guy will do so since the werebeasts developed the game after all.
While I’m glad that we got to learn more about Clammy and Feel with some ship teasing, I wonder what kind of virtual reality game they will be playing? Sure, it’s set in Akihabara, but I think it will be something crazy. Is it a hack and slash, beat-em-up or a first person shooter? Either way, I wonder how the participants will fare next week as we head to the last few episodes.
