I hope that everyone enjoyed Super Bowl Sunday yesterday! Now, it’s time to take a look of some of my impressions from last week. (Image Source)
Blog Updates
I have made some progress on my ABC Reviews posts. While it has been difficult to come up words for each letter in the alphabet, I will pull through and hopefully have it out by tomorrow or Wednesday as I have a day off today due to snow.
Now, the Anime Impressions for this week.
Sakura Trick Episode 4
Apparently, Mitsuki has a strong interest in Haruka’s relationship with Yuu after walking in and catching the two kissing each other. However, it’s funny how she doesn’t find out what kind of person Haruka is for herself until the second half when she followed them. This makes me wonder if Mitsuki will also develop an interest for her. Time will tell.
Aside from that, I’m glad that other couples are getting some development.
Nisekoi Episode 4
While I felt bad for Kosaki last time, at least it’s not over for her yet as Raku’s friends started to notice that his relationship with Chitoge was not real. It’s bound to happen, but at least Raku started to notice what kind of girl Chitoge is when they got locked together in a shed. From the looks of it, maybe there is a possibility that she will actually fall in love with him eventually.
Nagi no Asukara Episode 17
Kaname is finally discovered alive. Despite being asleep for five years, he still has a crush on Chisaki despite being 5 years younger than her. Not only that, he is also determined as he revealed his preferences for older women. This makes me wonder which person she will ultimately choose at the end. While Sayu has the bad end of the stick, there may be some hope left if Chisaki confesses to Tsumugu instead of Kaname.
As for the Sea Village, the professor finally confirms that Miuna in fact has Ena and that she is the only person that heard the special sound. If it’s true that the seal around the barrier is gone, it makes me wonder if the village is still in tact. From the look of it, it looks pretty grim, but we’ll find out later this week.
Weekly Rankings for the week of Jan 26th

Have you thought about picking up Witchcraft Works? It seems to match the spirit of a lot of your blogging picks.
It had an iffy (and misleading) first episode that looked like generic harem garbage, but it’s quickly become awesome.
Definitely the surprise hit of the season.
I’m currently busy with grad school to pick up a new show, but I might consider watching it in the future, probably during Summer Vacation.
