Satone finally appears! How will Rikka react to this?
Satone Sophia, the so-called Magical Demon Duchess made her first appearance with a big boom. I admit that while the battle was exciting to look at as she faces off against her rival, Rikka, it was interesting to see that she was the one that help Yuuta become the “Dark Flame Master.” So basically, this makes her somewhat closer to a childhood friend than anything else, especially for the fact that she knows Yuuta’s younger sister. If so, it makes me wonder why did she go to a different school before deciding to transfer to the same high school that Yuuta and Rikka is attending? Maybe she got lonely or something?
On the other hand, with Satone revealing that she created the “Dark Flame Master” and flirt with him in front of Rikka while having dinner at his home, this basically made whole situation a lot worse for Rikka. Surprisingly, she has shown some jealousy when Satone does a fake kiss to Yuuta. While Yuuta eventually does the same to Rikka shortly after, it makes me wonder how the two girls are going to duke it out since neither of them are willing to give up.
As Satone makes her grand appearance, I admit that she is a very enjoyable character (not because I like magical girls or anything). It was interesting to see how her actions eventually contributed to Rikka finding out his alter ego and becoming friends with him. Even so, we cannot forget Yuuta’s forced transformation into a magical girl. He looked so good in it (as in he almost looked like an actual girl) that Shinka wanted a picture of him dressed like that on her phone. Not only that, she even shared some magical girl advice although she reluctant to share more shortly after. She can’t fool anyone since Mori Summer adores magical girls.
