While some people hate studying for tests, Haruka finds a way to prevent Yuu from failing.
Although most of this episode felt rather light-hearted, I liked the development between Shizuku and Kotone. It seems that they have been getting along awhile, but Kotone got mad since she felt Shizuku was ignoring her and just living there because it close to the school they go to. While she eventually apologizes and saves her from the fall, the development to their actual kiss felt satisfying. I know that Kotone probably misunderstood the reason why Shizuku was living at her house, but thankfully it got resolved nicely.
As a whole, I’m still enjoying this show quite a lot and I admit that I enjoy Haruka’s imagination of becoming Yuu’s bigger sister when Yuu gets held back. While the volleyball game was fun and all, the scene where they are studying was adorable. I thought that the kissing was a lot more natural this time around compared to the first episode while still having lots of it. But judging from the next episode, there is a new transfer student of some kind. I wonder how she will be like when we finally get to see her.
Note: Starting next week, impressions for this show will be done on a weekly basis in a digest on Mondays or Tuesdays.
Even though some nation members were prepared for the overflow of greatness episode 2 had to offer, we were still blown away. The force is strong with this show so far and I have a feeling it’ll get even stronger this week.
Three cheers for Haru-Poppo and Kotone!
So far, the developments for the girls’ relationships are great so far and I enjoy the fluffy feeling of it all, but I can’t wait what the new girl has in store tomorrow. :p
