The drama settles in as Yui’s troubles hit a fever pitch.
As one would expect, Yui’s conflict just gets worse while Aoki’s past memories of his former girlfriend confuses him even more. What is interesting about the whole thing is that she actually regains her memory on why she quit karate and remembers her promise after the near-death experience. Of course, the promise she forgot is to face off her friend once more, which is not a big deal considering that she gotten over it. Hopefully from this, she will become less of a coward and have the strength to enjoy life to the fullest.
This only leaves Nana for Aoki to deal with, which he resolved by simply visiting her and saying that there is a girl that he loves more. Still, his old girlfriend still looks pretty cute with the short hair. Even with his decision to resolve his feelings about the girl he forgot about, it’s nice to see that he loves Yui for the person she is and not because of the resemblance.
Aside from the drama between the two, it’s funny how Inaba finally figured out why Taichi never experience the youth thing. Although he doesn’t tell the truth for obvious reasons, it’s fascinating to see how they come up with this conclusion with everyone else changing except him. Still, Iori turning into a baby is probably one of the cutest, yet hilarious things to happen to her, although not on the same level like the last episode. I never thought that would happen and this only makes Taichi and Inaba look like they are raising a family of some sort. Either way, we are left with Iori, Inaba and Taichi to deal with. Since there is a love triangle between the three of them, I could only imagine what will happen next and it won’t look pretty.
Now that Yui’s drama is out of the way, gogogo Iori! it’s your turn! 😀
Also, I kind of want to see who Taichi picks at the end of the show. I doubt he might make a permanent decision since the series is on going in its Light Novel form, but we’ll see.
