From the last episode, poo has certainly hit the fan with the landlady handing the eviction notice to Yuuta. Now, he has to search for a new one so that they can stay together.
While Yuuta’s intentions are good, he faces a lot of difficulties. Given that he is a college student, I don’t expect him to have enough experience with parenting. However, the lack of planning has led to many mistakes such as the one he is facing now. In comparison to Tomoya, he spent time with his daughter and maintained a stable job before taking the full responsibility as a father. This pales in comparison since Yuuta continues to struggle with his part-time job and he simply took them in without consulting to the occupancy limit As a result, he faces a dilemma of having to find a new place or live on the streets. Thankfully, his friends came to help him out.
Although the situation may look tough, I’m glad his friends from the Street Observation Club took the initiative to help him out. Well, it’s actually Raika that suggested it because she has a romantic interest towards him after all. From that, I think best from him to get the help he needs because he shouldn’t struggle on his own. As shown with the apartment searching with all the club members and Sora, it brought some heartwarming moments. This feeling is also extended when Hina contributes to the end result.
Ultimately, everything lies on Hina’s cuteness. Not too surprising since she is the most endearing out of the three daughters, which allows her to earn the respect of people around her. Sadly, it leads to a moment where I want to punch the landlady in the face for her insensitivity, especially when she made her cry after getting angry over being called a “middle-aged woman.” While crying, Hina smeared ice cream on herself and eventually smashing it on the landlady’s chest. Yeah, this shows that you shouldn’t act so harsh around children. On the other hand, it convinces the landlady to draft a new contract, which allows Yuuta to stay where he is.
In the end, I’m glad that things turned out fine. Now, the girls can finally going back to school while Hina attends a nursery. Aside from that, I loved Raika’s idea of taking the girls in. It leaves us with a dream of her and Yuuta being husband and wife with the girls welcoming him home. Not only that, she manages to take note of that in her notebook when he snaps out of it. The reactions were hilarious.
Next time, it looks like Miu will have some time in the spotlight.
