Unfortunately, Junichi didn’t get into bed with Haruka. Instead, we get a special moment at her graduation.
As Haruka gets closer to graduating, she practices more on her role-play by sleeping over at Junichi’s house. It’s convenient since his parents are on a business trip along with Miya hanging out with her friends. Aside from that, it’s funny how they act like they are wife and husband when they aren’t married. At one point, she got him really excited by saying that he can have her. It’s obvious that she is still daring, although she hasn’t gone over the edge thus far.
For the rest of the episode, it was very predictable from these sequence of events: Junichi finding out that Haruka is going to England, Jessica making stuff up with her not coming back and him taking action at the ceremony. It’s as like Jessica set the whole thing up since Haruka is only going to England for only a week. Nevertheless, it led to one of the epic ways to propose a marriage. Everyone basically cheered for them after Junichi finished his speech while Haruka ran to kiss him on stage.
Overall, Haruka’s arc was enjoyable despite not surpassing or matching the excitement from the first season. As it stands, Kaoru’s after story remains the best with Tsukasa in second. Watching her finally marry Junichi, at least brought some satisfaction. However, I felt that the producers could have added some more fanservice moments that goes well with her personality. Not only that, Jessica is just a copy-pasta of Haruka, except with blond hair. I know that they are relatives, but please put some effort into it so they won’t look like clones!
With that, the next and final episode focuses on Miya at the hot springs. I wonder what will happen there, although I’m not expecting much.
