Apparently, Kokoro-chan hates being alone while the rest of the girls go on vacation…
By now, we all know that the rest of the Genius Four, Tsugiko, Hirano and Saku want a break from Kokoro’s annoying personality. Since the Gentleman Thieves disbanded, taking a break is a no brainer. With that, Tsugiko runs a sponge cake stand, Hirano practicing her fighting skills and Saku doing random things. Not surprising, but it’s funny that they left Kokoro with all that paperwork as punishment.
Aside from that, the part where Kokoro manipulates Milky Holmes is extremely hilarious. They basically followed her commands and act like total idiots. One of the actions that made me laugh a lot is them begging to Tsugiko for some sponge cake. Initially, she gave them a small piece, but they want more. Eventually, she just gives them the dough. This sounds outrageous since they might get food poisoning from drinking uncooked food along with effectively draining the supply. Other shenanigans Kokoro caused included the unleashing of Cordelia’s hidden power against Hirano and Nero messing up the game of mahjong with Saku.
But the main attraction for this episode was Milky Holmes posing as the Gentleman Thieves. The outfits just looked goofy on them and you can easily tell that they are fakes. However, they unknowingly did a good thing by taking the hostage away from the kidnappers and releasing her at the right destination. I suppose they aren’t total failures as perceived. Even so, they have a long way before restoring their former glory.
With that, the next episode seems rather interesting. We already know that Morty Arty is up to no good with her stealing of some kind of artifact in the end. Now, she might take advantage of Milky Holmes’s idiocy to release chaos that the Gentleman Thieves can never surpass.
