In the last two weeks, I have mentioned about having to put Milky Holmes Second Season on hiatus due to lack of subs with the stream being two episodes behind. Since niconico has finally caught up a bit more and gave us Episode 5, it’s even crazier than what happened in the last episode.
Compared to the last episode, this one was just plain crazy. Somehow, there is a pervert on the loose who opens his trench coat in front of women. The only one who can solve this case is Koron, a really young, female detective that came from a rich family. Needless to say, her personality is hilarious. Heck, her toy is more so since it tells a random gag and then, hits her on the head. However, it doesn’t stop there. She fights Twenty and eventually puts his deformed nipples into some kind of sauce. No matter what, he never fails to make the show more hilarious than it already is.
On the other hand, I’m quite surprised that Hercule gone long with the trench coat thing and eventually being the only one naked in the battle against the Gentleman Thieves. Throughout the whole series, she was so painfully shy that it even exceeded the levels Yukiho can’t ever reach. When Hercule revealed that she is not wearing anything under the coat, it surprised me since no timid girl would ever do it. Even so, her reaction after telling the truth was cute, although she is now on the road to becoming a pervert.
At the end of the day, Koron or rather her alter ego, Po was the pervert who loves being naked. If that was the case, she could always go to the hot springs or bathhouses. The girls did just that despite the G4 getting the actual pervert.
Aside from that, this episode brought some detective work back to the mix while maintaining the same level of comedy. Not only that, Kokoro in the embarrassing costume returns with another mascot that resembles Wall-E, which has the same personality as her. The sight of Sheryl saying their names with “〜ちゃん” at the end earned her another hit from the robot. From the looks of the next episode, it gets even crazier as the girls attempts to solve a train mystery.
