Ah Yuuko, you never fail to impress me!
I know that Run-chan is very cute and ditzy, but there is something that kinds of scares me about her. When she leaves the stuffed animal that she made on Nagi’s desk, it looked like some type of voodoo doll or a scary monster that is out to get you during the night. Apparently, this scary looking animal is apparently a squirrel, but it sure does not look like one. Furthermore, when she does picture drawing shiritori with Tooru, the drawing of the animal looked more like a caterpillar with legs opposed to a zebra. I know she is a ditz, but perhaps she should go to the zoo and see what the animals actually look like before making anything! She might freak some people out and drive them away.
No matter how much Yuuko tries, she always manages to get herself in really sticky situations that we enjoy so much. This can mostly be blamed for Run-chan’s horrible cooking skills as she cracks the eggs with the shells and managing to drop the whole bowl of pancake mix on top of Yuuko’s head. Perhaps the most hilarious moment is Tooru reading adult manga with a girl look exactly like Yuuko while she is in a bath towel. While Mio is cool while maintaining a level of cuteness, Yuuko has definitely stole my heart as her reactions to things like adult manga is extremely cute and funny, especially with her voice to go along with it. On the other hand, I do feel a bit of sympathy for her as she always has some bad luck because of her great appearance.
Lastly, Tooru received a myriad of treats without paying because of her appearance! I guess there is an advantage to being short sometimes… and I’m totally not jealous at all.
From the looks of the next episode, it’s finally winter and you know what this means… Cute girls in snow!
I loved this episode. Very humorous when Nagi was trying to figure out what Run made for her. Not too many dull moments for this anime.
