Since summer break almost comes to an end, the girls decide to have some karaoke, go to the summer festival and watch fireworks.
To end the summer off, why not have some karaoke? Karaoke boxes tend to be a very fun experience since each character gets a chance to sing. As usual, Yuuko seems to be perfect at anything including karaoke that there were no surprises with her performance. As for the others, Run-chan sings a cutesy song and Nagi an Enka song. As for Tooru, I kind of felt sorry for her since she didn’t decide the song and Nagi picks a rather childish song. Of course, they made it up with her doing a duet with Run-chan. In addition, the karaoke place was giving incentives to sing for fries, which is why they were singing so many songs. If only the SCCSAV karaoke had incentives like this, probably more people wouldn’t be too shy and sing more.
Satou also got the chance to sing next door to impress Run-chan, but she never came out.
As for the festival, the girls looked pretty in their Yukatas, especially Nagi who curled her hair. Besides eating cotton candy and candy apples, they spent majority of the time playing Katanuki in order to win a prize. It’s looks so difficult to cut out the shape perfectly that they become immersed in it and missed most of the fireworks show. They eventually went to a spot where they seen the finale while huddled together. In the end, they finish the night off by lighting sparklers.
While summer may feel short, having fun with your friends engraves a memory that one can never forget. While Tooru may look childish, she is still having fun nevertheless and will continue to do so well into the future until they graduate.
