They decide to go to a Summer Festival before hitting the training camps… and guess what? Sawako had 6 tickets!
I feel sick…
Car sickness is very typical on very long road trips, especially when you are sitting in the car for 12 hours. Even though I don’t get carsick on a long trip such as the one from the good old New Jersey to Wisconsin which is about 1000 miles. I keep myself occupied on my computer, portable gaming system and even my iPhone.
Yui loves her sweets…
It looks like Yui never seen a service plaza in her life with her amazement with them. Most interstate highways only have rest areas that provide only restrooms and vending machines because the law prohibits the placement of service plazas. On toll roads like New Jersey Turnpike for example, they have restaurants, connivence stores and gas stations in addition to the restrooms. I have been in one of these service plazas and yes, the food costs a bit more than the ones outside the highway.
After having a small break at the service plaza, they hit the road again and finally reached their destination. Don’t forget to put on the sunscreen and bug spray!
Mugi is excited.
It seems that Mugi never camped outside before. She sprays bug spray on Yui and Yui sprays it on her. I also found it really cute when she was the first to go in the tent and being amazed by it. Perhaps she should explore the outside world more often.
From shy Mio to the one that cheers with the crowd.
Although we don’t get to hear much of the other bands that are playing, Mio seems to be excited about the whole thing… From all honesty, I have never been to a concert where a singer or band perform. I’m guessing this is typical behavior at any concert, right?
They’re sold out?!
It sucks to have an item that you want to eat/try out desperately since its everyone wants it. By the time you get there, its sold out. If it happened to me, I would have chosen something else to eat. Then again, there is always dinner of course.
The cutest scene is when Mugi decides to run after Yui receives a text to meet at a certain place. While Mugi was running, one her sandals slipped and she became embarrassed. I laughed at her reaction…
The rest of the episode is more bands. In an earlier scene, Mio finds a person who had a left handed guitar and she even buys a shirt from that band. I guess there is people like her, but she hasn’t discovered them yet.
Its bound to happen…
It’s no surprise that sunblock didn’t work on Azusa. As we recalled, we got to see the really dark Azunyan in the second beach episode of the first season… I found it cute!
Afterwards, they listen to the music from far away and made the promise that they will perform in the Summer Festival next year.
This episode is very enjoyable because the appeal of the content. Compared to the first season, it seems that they are trying to do something new besides rehashing previous scenes like the beach episodes. Hopefully, the second season continues to give us exciting content as the season continues. If so, the second season in no doubt will be better than the first, which was already good and enjoyable.

Chocolate Azunyan is expected and adorable. I really like her!
Anyways, agreed that second season, the girls are really going outside the usual spots.
