Azur Lane – Episode 8 – Trouble in the Artic

November 29, 2019 by chikorita157 3 Comments

Thankfully, Belfast came to help Javelin and Laffey.

It seems that whatever Akagi did caused Enterprise to go haywire. I wonder what it is?

From last time, Akagi’s plan didn’t quite go well as Enterprise went haywire after the cube activated. Enterprise pretty much loses all self-control as she is under the Siren’s influence.

Ayanami still insists on fighting Javelin and Laffey. Last time, they shared their intentions of becoming friends with Ayanami. However, she doesn’t believe it since they are from opposing sides. While one of Ayanami’s friends eventually attacked them, Javelin and Laffey stood their ground nonetheless with Belfast helping them out. However, what happens towards the end will change Ayanami’s mind.

In a vision, Enterprise sees Amagi.

Meanwhile, Enterprise sees Amagi in a vision, the boat girl who Akagi wishes to see. Apparently, they are born from the memories of warships they are named after. It’s apparent that these boat girls are still human after all. Despite not meeting her before, apparently there is a connection in regards to Enterprise.

Kaga is very much alive, but worried about her older sister.

Either way, it’s obvious that Akagi has perished as her body lies on one of the Sirens. Kaga was the only one that survived the ordeal and she still wanted to find her older sister. Sadly, the Sakura Empire calls off the search since the area is dangerous. It’s understandable why she is upset since it’s her older sister after all.

Apparently, one of the Sirens is enjoying boat girls beating up each other.

Either way, Zuikaku and Shoukaku decided to distract Azur Lane despite being dangerous. Of course, there is a Siren that is enjoying boat girls fighting each other up. Apparently, the cube collected a lot of data on Enterprise and they plan to use Akagi’s body for a future use. Either way, Zuikaku and Shoukaku faced a near death situation as Enterprise under Siren’s influence try to take them down. Thankfully, Ayanami saves them by destroying one of the planes that were about to attack them.

Thankfully, Javelin and Laffey came to save Ayanami.
Enterprise regains her consciousness and realized what she did.

However, the recoil was so much for Ayanami to handle. Javelin and Laffey jump to save her from falling into the dimensional rift. Thankfully, they managed to save her in time. Of course, Enterprise seeing Ayanami almost falling into the rift caused her to bring herself to her senses. Will she be able to maintain control? We have to wait and see. ¶

Very intrigued to learn the truth about Enterprise Alter.

Hopefully the Ayanami hug arc is over now. Probably not but we’ll see.

Wonder what the Sirens plan to do with Akagi. Nothing good obviously but I want to know what exactly. We’ll find out soon.

Definitely interesting to learn more about Enterprise and it would be interesting to learn more about the backstory of her older sister, who is apparently gone.

Yes, I think Javelin and Laffey saving Ayanami might change her views. Is it enough for her to become friends, maybe.
