Uchi no Maid ga Uzasugiru – Episode 7 – Misha Misses Tsubame

November 16, 2018 by Chikorita157 2 Comments

After seeing what Midori cooked, Misha probably regrets firing Tsubame.

From last time, Misha thought it was a good idea to hire Midori and fire Tsubame. Sadly, she will regret this decision sooner than later.

If you saw last week’s episode, Midori came to Misha’s house since she wants Tsubame to cook a meal for her. Sadly, Tsubame does not have any feelings for her at all for obvious reasons, besides Midori being a big masochist.

Somehow, Midori gains pleasure from Misha criticizing her cooking.
Misha feeling remorseful for firing Tsubame.

With that, Misha thought replacing Tsubame with Midori was a good idea since Tsubame won’t be there doing creepy stuff. Sadly, she regretted her decision shortly afterwards and becomes remorseful for firing her. Maybe she liked being with Tsubame, but don’t want to admit it.

Sadly, breakfast isn’t any better.
Yes, Midori manages to burn toast. How someone burns toast like that?

Besides Tsubame’s presence, Misha misses her cooking quite a lot. There is one big reason. Midori is a horrible cook. She manages to cook curry that looks like vomit. The funny thing is that Midori gains pleasure from eating her terrible food for obvious reasons. Believe it or not, she manages to burn bread while trying to toast it because she can’t help herself. Her body only wants to make bad food. In short, Midori ended up buying pizza and cheap sushi for dinner.

Tsubame planned this all along, to have a taping of Misha begging Tsubame to come back.

Even with all that takeout, Misha is not satisfied with it. As they say, takeout food is never the same as a good home cooked meal. She missed Tsubame’s cooking so badly that when she saw Tsubame, she begs to her to come back. The funny thing is that Tsubame planned this all along as she recorded Misha’s reaction with a drone. She wants Misha to find out how terrible Midori’s cooking is that she will change her mind. While this disappoints Midori, at least she can work with Tsubame for at least a month.

This is how you cook a meal.
Happy again!
Tsubame being creepy again by collecting Misha’s shredded hair.
She just wants to make a doll version of Misha.

In the second half, we get to see Tsubame and Midori working together. It’s funny how Tsubame doesn’t allow Midori to clean Misha’s room. It’s quite obvious and creepy. She wants to collect Misha’s shredded hair to make a doll that looks like Misha and dress it in cute and frilly clothing.

The lolita fashion that Tsubame prefers.

This can explain why Midori decided to grow out her hair in twin tails and wear Lolita fashion. However, the Lolita fashion that Tsubame prefers is the Classical Lolita type. The type of fashion that Midori wears is Gothic Lolita, which is the opposite of that Tsubame prefers.

Still, I think Midori would still look good in this kind of Lolita clothing. Sadly, she didn’t go for it.

Even with the right clothing, Tsubame still will reject her for obvious reasons. In other words, Midori has no chance to win over her heart. Still, it’s quite amazing how she puts in all that effort to fit her crush’s clothing preferences to end up getting rejected several times. This seems like a big waste in my opinion.

You don’t see a grandmother running with a dog every day.

As for Tsubame disguising as a grandmother, it’s quite hilarious. She manages to record Misha and Mimika without being detected while walking a dog. Then again, this is not too surprising since her kimono was covering her ripped muscles. Since the actual grandmother can’t hear, I guess this works out besides people seeing a running grandmother with a dog after Misha and Mimika left.

Midorin again showing why she’s the 2nd best character, possibly BEST WOMAN alongside Tsubame. So glad we now have two Muscle Maids!

Despite being a bad cook, it’s enjoyable to have Midori around. Hopefully someday, she will find someone special given that Tsubame doesn’t seem to have any interest in her.
