As expected, it seems that Hibiki is vicious when it comes to romance…

Site Updates

Yep, it seems that we are heading to the middle of the year. With that, I will not be going on a business trip anytime soon, but instead, I will be taking a vacation starting July 1st until the 13th. Given that the spring anime will be concluding then, it should be quiet when I leave. Aside from that, I will still be online when I am in the hotel room, meaning that I should be able to make posts without any problems.

Also, I have also decided to have my Playstation Vita modded to have a capture board. For a while now, I got another Vita, namely a white Playstation Vita Slim. Sure it does not have the OLED screen, but the battery life is better. In short, I am using the older one to capture footage. To me, the Vita TV is not a long-term situation since there are games that I can’t capture and Sony pretty much killed it off. In other words, compatibility for that console will pretty much go down the drain as time goes on.

In short, I will be able to record footage and possibly stream my gameplay from my Vita. Aside from that, I will also be getting a Playstation 4 in June since the next Idolmaster game that will be releasing at the end of July. Also, I bought a used Japanese copy of Neptune VII (note that I no longer play games in English since my main priority is to use Japanese as much as possible). In short, I have a lot of games to cover for a while and probably won’t be getting that many games in the future, except the next Pokémon games.

Aside from that, I am considering watching Bakuon, meaning that I might catch up on the 5 episodes and write a big post on it before covering in this weekly post. With that, hopefully the next few months will be fun.

Now to the impressions…

Hundred – Episode 5

As expected, Emilia looks cute....
As expected, Emilia looks cute….

As expected, the first half of the episode was clichéd, but yep, there are girls in swimsuits and of course, Claire looks attractive in hers. This reminds me that Cinderella Girls did not have a swimsuit episode compared to the main series. Oh well, it can’t be helped.

While Emilia looks cute in the dress she wore on the date, it wasn’t too special compared to Hayato’s time with Sakura. Apparently, Sakura met him during her childhood, but she never met him again after her father abandoned her and sold her off to a research facility that were experimenting on children by injecting Savage fluid into them. As expected, they gone crazy, but Sakura managed to calm them down with her singing and surprisingly, she is the only one that survived when Charlotte came to save her.

When it comes to love, Hayato is dense as a rock.
When it comes to love, Hayato is dense as a rock.

In short, Sakura is like Hayato since she has the same Variant ability that is most likely under control thanks to Charlotte training. With that, now it makes sense why she is so interested in Hayato. Sadly, she will most likely lose thanks to Emilia or perhaps Claire thanks to her childhood status. Either way, we’ll see.

Pan de Peace – Episode 5

It seems that Yuu doesn't want to show her drawings.
It seems that Yuu doesn’t want to show her drawings.

While I am still sad that this show is still a short, it seems that the girls are doing homework. It looks like Yuu is taking up drawing manga and it’s cute to see her trying to hide it. Although it seems that the girls mistaken that she has a boyfriend, hopefully her dream of becoming a magna-ka will flourish when the time comes. Even so, that can wait since spending time with her friends as much as possible is important.

Kumamiko – Episode 5

As expected, Machi and Hibiki look cute.
As expected, Machi and Hibiki look cute.

At last, Hibiki and Machi came back from clothes shopping and I have to admit that Machi looks really cute in the new clothing she wore. In short, she is one step closer in her dream of going to high school in a city. Still, does this mean that she warms up to Hibiki? Not quite considering that she doesn’t understood her feelings when Hibiki confronts Yoshio.

In short, Machi decides to punish Yoshio since she thinks that Hibiki likes someone else when it’s apparent that Hibiki likes Yoshio, but won’t admit it. Yep, Machi still has a lot to learn about love, but I have to admit that Hibiki was very scary when she threatens Machi for talking about her love life.

Poor Machi, getting bullied by Hibiki once again.
Poor Machi, getting bullied by Hibiki once again.

Aside from that, it was funny to see Machi and Natsu scare the crap out of the child that was misbehaving. We already know that it’s an act since Natsu won’t even dare to harm anyone. Still, it was funny to see the child get scared until Natsu asked for a user manual.

Last Week’s Anime Power Rankings
