Oh no, it looks like the washing machine broke and Cocoa dirtied her uniform. What would she do? Hand wash them of course!
From the looks of it, it seems that Cocoa was a bit clumsy when she tried to sneak a taste of Sharo’s drink. You would think that Cocoa can simply put it in the washer and call it a day, but it seems that it broke at the most convenient time possible.
You know what this means right? Cocoa is determined to wash them by hand rather than going to the Laundromat. Sadly, she cleans it the wrong way by scrubbing too hard, thus causing Sharo to become upset after she couldn’t stand watching Cocoa do it the wrong way and ruin her uniform that she had to show her. Still, I’m not too surprised by her being able to do it skillfully since she can’t afford a washing machine or going to a Laundromat, something that she is not proud about.
It seems that Cocoa also used too much detergent, which Sharo questioned her about. I guess it’s a good thing that she added since the girls started having fun making bubbles with their fingers at one point that they had a contest, which looked fun. Too bad Rize came in and popped Chiya’s best bubble, causing her to faint. I have to admit that I kind of felt sorry for her considering how much effort she put into it.
Aside from playing around with bubbles, it looks like Cocoa got a bit more ambitious and decided to clean all the curtains. While she gave a nice scare through some freak accident with the girls thinking that she was a ghost that will eat Chino, it’s nice to see the girls work together to clean them while finish cleaning the uniforms. Sure, Cocoa managed to pop all the buttons off Chino’s uniform and stuff bunny, which is hilarious, but I guess hand washing clothing can be fun since it’s something that we take for granted in a society with washing machines. Cleaning clothing by hand takes a lot of time and effort at the end of the day, especially when there is a lot of them.
On the other hand, it seems that the uniforms somewhat got worn out with buttons falling out and such. With that, the girls talk about getting new uniforms. Given how much care and effort Chino’s mother put into the uniforms, it’s something priceless that simply cannot be replaced.
I’m surprised that she never made the green and yellow ones after considering doing them since would have been worn by Chiya and Sharo if they didn’t work at different cafes. Hopefully someday, Cocoa will make it happen since she knows how to sew since she made the outfits cuter with frills. I have to admit that Rize looked cute after the modifications Cocoa made to the point where Sharo thought Rize looked pretty in it.
As for the second part, it seems that the girls decided to make curry at Sharo’s place. From this, I’m glad that Sharo finally got the courage to invite Rize over to make and have curry together. Although it was funny to see the chaos caused by Rize’s chocolates while they make the curry, it seems that Chino is finally recognizing Cocoa as an older sister and then make Cocoa jealous by pretending that Rize is her older sister. This made Cocoa apologize to her with Chino saying it was all an act. Still, I have to admit the moments with her calling Cocoa older sister was cute.
Aside from that, I have to admit that there were so many cute moments in this episodes that my nose almost bleed. Of course Sharo shined the most and I’m glad that she is making a lot of progress along with Cocoa and Chino. Still, it’s funny that Sharo managed to eat the whole box of whisky chocolates considering that she will get drunk from the alcohol and caffeine. Makes me wonder if the two will cancel each other out or make the effects stack. Who knows.
