Spring is finally in the air as the winter season starts to conclude. (Image Source)
If you haven’t noticed, I have finally shared some of the shows I will be covering in two weeks. Feel free to check them out.
Also, Sakura Trick Episode 12 impressions will be written in a separate post since it will be concluding this week.
Nagi no Asukara – Episode 24
When I was checking out some of the posts on AnimeSuki, it seems that Chisaki’s indecisiveness has caused a lot of debate. Despite Tsumugu confessing to her last time, she rejects him mostly because she is unwilling to let go of her feelings for Hikari. I think her situation is understandable as she aged while worrying what will happen to the others. She fears that if she loves him, it might damage the friendship of everyone else. But once Manaka gets her ability to love back, it’s only when we will know who she truly likes so everyone can move on.
On the side note, I was surprised that Kaname simply accept fate and is willing to support Sayu. At least there is now a happy ending for one girl.
Sakura Trick – Episode 11
It’s becoming more evident that Mitsuki is hopelessly in love with Haruka. She catches her younger sister kissing Haruka, thus making them become afraid of doing it in public. I still wonder how she will react when Haruka rejects her during the farewell party? This will be interesting.
So far, Sumisumi is a pretty enjoyable character and hopefully we’ll get to see her more often if there is a sequel.
Nisekoi – Episode 11
After watching this episode, it seems like the directors are giving Kosaki another chance after Raku walked away from her to save Chitoge from last time. It’s interesting that she finally reveals the key and tells him that she is still looking for the boy that she made a promise to 10 years ago. While it’s nice to see her possibly winning, I doubt it will be that easy for the fact that Chitoge has a key that can fit in his locket. Who knows, perhaps Raku distributed more than 2 keys and there might be yet another girl with a similar key. But still, it will be interesting to see who unlocks his locket first.
On the other hand, Chitoge’s birthday party is what you would expect and of course, she seems to find Raku’s gift funny despite it resembling her as a gorilla.
