Amagami SS Plus – Haruka After Part I – Arrival of Jessica “Sexy” Morishima

March 16, 2012 by Chikorita157 Leave a Comment

This can't happen... it's not part of the role play!

Most of you probably waited for Haruka’s Arc since they saved the best for last. Needless to say, her relatives never failed to impress me.

Hibiki should definitely get her own arc...

Considering that Haruka is close to graduating high school, it seems that she has her future planed out in order to stay with Junichi. The wedding and dinner role-playing were just hilarious. Not only that, we got to see her friend, Hibiki act cute like a child while they had a mock dinner. Even so, it seems that Haruka wants to beat her relative and propose to him before she graduates high school. Since she is close with Junichi, it can become a possibility.

Jessica and Haruka look alike in appearance.

On the other hand, Haruka’s relative continues the tradition of weird middle names. When she revealed her middle name in the first season, it shocked me because no normal person would have one called “Lovely.” I don’t even think that is a name whatsoever. Well, if you thought that was over, her relative, Jessica has a middle name called “Sexy.” This puzzles me even more on how her parents were able to give her a middle name like that. Despite this, she shockingly looks very similar in appearance to Haruka, except for the blond hair and says some Engrish.

Overall, the first part of Haruka’s After Story was very enjoyable. Since she is about to graduate, there is a possibility of not seeing Junichi for a while. Even so, the list of “English” crushes that Jessica gave was really funny. When she mentioned “Neil the Bully,” I was basically laughing at that point. Then again, it motivated him to bring Haruka into the shed and confess that he really likes her.

Since the first half of Haruka’s arc is now over, it makes me wonder how Junichi will cope with not seeing her all the time. I think he will figure out a way so he can still visit her when she is free.
